We just finished our kitchen renovation with KSI Cuisine Brossard and could not be happier! From the moment I walked into their showroom, I felt I was in good hands. Marc Li was our designer and he was absolutely incredible. He listened to our needs, offered creative solutions for our layout and helped me pick out gorgeous quartz countertops and custom cabinets without being pushy. I would definitely recommend KSI Cuisine Brossard.

I’m in the process of having our kitchen renovated. I found that Ruby is very helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen remodeling. So far, she has helped us design and upgrade our kitchen. Can’t wait to see the finished products.

I had my kitchen installed in mid April. Ruby was my designer for this project and she was awesome helping me remodel my kitchen beautifully. The issue comes after. They owed me a refund cheque and I couldn’t get anywhere with this until now. Very slow response and many different stories told as to why the refund is not coming yet. We are now in July and i haven’t gotten a refund for the products returned in Mid April. I am so frustrated with lack of response and no resolution. They are just holding my money for the last 2.5 months. So beware. Once you pay , forget about after service or refund if you have any issue. You won’t be able to go anywhere with your issue.

I really love my kitchen. Throughout the project I was satisfied with the level of service and quality of workmanship. What is particularly disappointing about KSI is there after installation service... or lack thereof. My pull out pantry shelves were back ordered and therefore could not be installed at the time of installation. I have followed up multiple times as I paid almost $1,000 for these shelves. The last response I received was on April 17th whereby I was told that the shelves had arrived. I have heard nothing since despite more follow ups. I find this unprofessional and quite frankly, at this point, I would like my money back. I suspect that I will sadly have to go to the showroom with my contract and bill since no one is answering my emails. Disappointing!
