A custom tile layout was designed for this alcove bath. Subway sized tiles installed vertically at the lower section amplify the height of the space in neutral shades of tan, gray and beige. The spa glass mosaic tile is framed with a white pencil edge creating a horizontal accent band. It's framed again with a picture frame mitred corner detail around the recessed niches. Polished chrome fixtures by Kohler with a slide bar and a flip-side hand held spray make this shower perfect for the whole family regardless of their height. The oversize air tub is extra deep so a grab bar was installed at an angle. An arched shower curtain rod was selected in lieu of glass doors to create a more open feeling while soaking in the air-jet tub. Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLC

Rustic built-in bunk beds incorporated into the design allow a cozy spot for dream and play while still retaining the original design aesthetic. Endcap shelving solves the inevitable need for space for books and toys. Rods give this art display a more substantial look than wires. Their darker metallic color contrasts with the white wall and picks up the darker wood tones in this boys’ bedroom. ©Shoot2Sell Photography

Draperies with swag overlays are such a beautiful addition to this dining room’s bay area. Using a delicate tone on tone striped fabric these draperies coordinate with the wall color commendably. The soft and smooth curves of the swags compliment the gorgeously defined architecture, as well as the dining furniture. Shiny brass rods and finials accentuate the bay’s shape and genuinely correlate with the stunning chandelier. This natural garnishment sets out admirable elegance to this dining room.

Cornerstone Roofing replaced the Cedar Shake roof on this Sammamish, Washington home with Medium Untreated Resawn Cedar Shakes. Our customer kindly shared, "I was impressed with everything about Cornerstone Roofing. I was representing my mom as her house was re-roofed and Cornerstone Roofing provided me updates while I was on a trip. They also talked with me in person when I was in town and on-site and explained what work was remaining. Also, that they would send out their own inspector to correct anything that needed rework. The work team should be commended for working under extreme rainy conditions. My mom loves her new shake roof." - Sammamish, WA Homeowner

Envisioned as a country retreat for New York based clients, this collection of buildings was designed by MossCreek to meet the clients' wishes of using historical and antique structures. Serving as a country getaway, as well as a unique home for their art treasures, this was both an enjoyable and satisfying project for MossCreek and our clients. Photo by Bjorn Wallander.

The design of the prow was thought up by Andy, our architect. We commend him on his fantastic design idea that worked well with the raised ranch home, while creating drama for their back yard space.
