This is the very elegant, yet tropical, faux bamboo lantern by Currey & Company. The design for this bay window was created with the main goal of embellishing the customer's great Florida view. The logistics of the design was much more complicated as each window was a different size. The sizes and shapes of each element were manipulated to conceal the variations in the windows.

To make your house look bigger and spacer than it really was, try to avoid using too much unnecessary and complicated design. The same rule apply to lighting, instead using a giant flush mount, try using multiple recessed light. This will not only make your house look twice bigger, but also allows light to distribute more evenly and make your interior look brighten up.

The roof are elements of the upper part of the structure, but they have characteristic differences. The roof can be called a supporting structure, which includes a rafter system, lathing, vapor barrier, waterproofing, insulation, roofing material, gables.
Remember that roofing is complicated, with variables required for both success and longevity. Even though you will be able to identify some roofing problems, contact a professional to verify your suspicions. Goldenline Remodeling can help you determine your roofing requirements. When it comes to proper roofing in SURBITON, our professionals can help address the specific needs and variables of each job. The roofline on this project was one of the most complicated ones we've ever taken on. The array of roof valleys and hips make the timber frame a perfect 'lid' for this exquisite beach house. The designers and builders attention to details, ensuring that timber details align with trim details and window layout really payed off on the end result. The client, an engineer retired from a successful career in the timber business, was most particular about the wood work, resulting in a home that really showcases craftsmanship and quality wood products.

A soothing cream and charcoal palette encourages serenity and productivity in this Murrieta, California, home office. It has long been established that a Vistafolia® wall goes anywhere, but what happens when the idea of the installation is that our artificial green wall panels go everywhere? Cruise ships are big business, offering passengers a taste of luxury and a 5-star treatment every step of the way.
Saga Cruises approached us to provide them with a low-maintenance green walls option that looked as good as the real thing. By installing our breathtakingly beautiful Signature Range on one of their outdoor areas, we did just that. The panels do not require any ongoing water or chemicals, and certainly have no need for an irrigation system – something that would be unnecessarily complicated on a ship. Instead, a simple periodic hose down will keep the wall looking its best every day, whether docked in port or sailing the seven seas.

This is a perfect example of how we work, and why our clients choose to work with us once they meet us. Kitchen remodel is not only about buying Cabinets. It’s much, much more than that. It’s finding the right people who can think on the fly/outside the box. Who can design/re-design and execute the details even when they have to make delicate and complicated decisions in the field to help keep the project on time.
White solid Wood Cabinets, double crown moldings, Drawer microwave, pot filler, and large 30” undermount stainless steel sink with a tall faucet to anchor it. Bold backsplash tiles, elegant 36” professional hood, light rail moldings, pull out Drawers and organizers inside of the cabinets, LED lighting on dimmer switches all combined with new matching wood flooring made this kitchen stand out in this space.
Cabinets, Countertop and design were provided by RAJ team, along with other collaborative team work between our recommended General Contractor and our client. The entire team was awesome and the project was beautifully executed!

Aesthetic Value: This rustic stairway and balustrade provide a dramatic focal point to the entry area of a mountain home. The burnt treads and metal oiled iron accent the stone wall and water feature under the stair.
Stair Safety: Consistent run at the walk line throughout the dancing winders offers comfortable stride on an asymmetrical stair layout. An additional hammered iron handrail provides continuous graspability despite the oversized guard rail. Lighting under each tread.
Quality: All solid white oak construction of wood components. Hand forged iron newel caps in conjunction with intricate tree bark design elements and custom twisted hammered balusters. Custom finish provided on the wood and iron components.
Technical Challenge: Complex geometry of asymmetrical stair layout, complicated tread notches into the stringer, concealed lighting chases, sand blasted and torched wood prior to application of finish, intense design consultation, and distant jobsite for turnkey project.

Carpet not only adds comfort underfoot, but makes a bold statement in your entryway! Our carpet team leader did an incredible job with this complicated pattern matched carpet by Shaw's Tuftex brand!
Style: TAZA II - COLOR SUNLIT SILVER

This is the most complicated finish process we do. You start with rustic hickory, with all of its knots and imperfections. You then wear the cabinets, knocking down the edges in places that would see everyday use. The wood is then stained dark and painted in whatever color the client wants. Then they are worn again to reveal the darker wood under the paint. The whole job gets a healthy coat of lacquer to complete this amazing finish.

The History Modernized project was designed to solve the problem of a complicated and confined kitchen space in a beautiful turn of the century home. Our clients need for functionality, maximum use of space, and beauty led us to an amazing split kitchen design that allowed for two usable, overlapping work zones in an odd and elongated space.
Within this design we were able to open the kitchen to the existing dining area and create bar seating on the dining room side of the kitchen while modernizing the openness of the plan. Personally, we think function and Beauty tied on this one!

Design rendering for a rear home addition in Pleasant Hill,
California, by Taragano Design & Build.
The addition is placed at the corner of the rear elevation rather
than centered on it. That position was chosen to protect the
existing windows along the back of the house. Extending straight
off the middle would have added a room and darkened two others
behind it, which is the most common way an addition makes a house
worse while making it bigger.
Set to the side, the new volume gets glass on two exposures and
leaves the original rooms their daylight. It also creates a
sheltered corner between old and new, and that corner becomes the
patio without any structure built to define it.
The roof runs as its own gable rather than tying into the existing
pitch. On a house with a busy roof line already, extending the
original would have meant a valley condition that collects debris
and complicates drainage. A separate gable sheds independently and
reads as a deliberate wing.
Hardscape was planned to move water as much as to move people. The
paver patio drains toward a rock swale rather than back toward the
foundation, which matters in Contra Costa where expansive soils
make foundation drainage the thing that determines whether the work
holds up.
