Don aimed to update the master bathroom, focusing on enhancing its functionality while preserving its aesthetic appeal. His vision was to create a space that met practical needs and integrated with the home's style and character. To achieve this, he meticulously selected materials with our designer that complemented the existing elements, ensuring the new additions enriched the ambiance and improved utility and comfort. Custom components were integrated, including a sizeable, zero threshold shower for a sleek, modern look. The foundation featured a pebble mosaics tile, providing a natural, textured feel underfoot. A frameless tempered glass panel was installed to encapsulate the shower, providing a clean, expansive view of the tiling work, which included Piemonte tiles from The Tile Shop in a soft pearl finish. This choice added a touch of luxury and was complemented by a unique niche tiled with sky blue glass tiles, offering a burst of color and intricate design. The Crisp Stria quartz countertops complement the new undermount sinks and widespread faucets, enhancing the vanity area's elegance and functionality. Two new vanity lights illuminated the space, blending seamlessly with the existing decor. The carefully chosen materials and fixtures ensured a balanced and harmonious look.

The Stretch Ceiling is an interior design element, and not a structural component. The whole process is streamlined and fairly simple: the stretch ceiling membrane is usually extended by +5% during the installation process, ensuring it to remain flat and not sag. Then, every inch of harpoon is safely fastened so now the membrane must gradually and completely cool down, on its own. Until it reaches normal room temperature, the area must remain closed. At the end, you get a perfectly flat ceiling. Final As a final step, openings for recessed lighting, A/C vents, pipes, etc, are very carefully cut out into the membrane then, in order to enable the final fittings to be set up, reinforcing rings get inserted. All previous steps require professional experience and extensive practice with full knowledge of the product, as well as the use of specialized equipment.

Small townhouse deck remodel completed with full replacement of the old painted pressure-treated wood deck using Trex composite decking, Trex posts, and Trex railing for a longer-lasting and lower-maintenance finish. The project included removal of deteriorated materials, correction of uneven framing, and installation of new level structural components to support the new deck surface. This typical late 20th Century home located in Fishers, IN had a somewhat open kitchen-living area.Because their extensive home-grown gardening, canning and wine making needs weren't accommodated by the small existing kitchen/dining areas, these clients hired Residential Architect LeeConstantine to improve their situation. Constantine separated the "wine making zone" from the everyday "family kitchen zone" striving to allow the zones to "flow" between the two without isolating one from the other. A small rear addition allowed the necessary expansion needed to create the different zones as well as provide for a new walk-in food pantry closet, the various prep and cooking centers, and the opportunity and space to entertain guests there to sample their delicious "creations".In addition, Constantine provided a design offering opportunities for the expression of the clients individual personalities and tastes. This was achieved by incorporating niches for artwork, arched stained glass components highlighting the "home-grown" concept and even a dumb waiter housed within a base cabinet accommodating the transport of 5 gallon "carboys" directly to the basement wine cellar.
