This small third bedroom in a 1950's North Vancouver home originally housed our growing interior design business. When we outgrew this 80 square foot space and moved to a studio across the street, I wondered what would become of this room with its lovely ocean view. As it turns out it evolved into a shared creative space for myself and my very artistic 7 year old daughter. In the spirit of Virginia Wolfe's "A Room of One's Own" this is a creative space where we are surrounded by some of our favourite things including vintage collectibles & furniture, artwork and craft projects, not to mention my all time favourite Cole and Son wallpaper. This living room feels like the inside of a jewel box, while the open dining room and family room beyond have a refreshing light and airy feel. There are precious heirlooms scattered throughout the house, including a rare “prisoner’s chair” which we placed in the living room window, waiting for its next victim.

Distressed Knotty Alder cabinetry gives character and warmth to this busy home office and conference room. Design features include a desk with woven leather inserts and nail head trim, a computer station with pull-out mechanical storage, eight legal file units and a custom coffee bar with hidden appliances.

This ADU was born on Ran’s computer in the beginning of April 2020. After planning and designing process, Sow, and contract, we submitted the plans to the city and 3 months later we had permit in hand. The job started on Aug 2020 and ended at mid-October with breaking time record. The job included complete conversion of a detach garage, vault the ceiling to get a larger feel and look, running new gas line, plumbing lines, new electrical , creating new bathroom and huge closet in a small space and off course full kitchen! At the end of the job when we finished the interior, we completed the outside which included new driveway and paving stone. The customer was extremely happy and got is new house completed right on time for a new baby to come. Cost – 100K-150K

Three apartments were combined to create this 7 room home in Manhattan's West Village for a young couple and their three small girls. A kids' wing boasts a colorful playroom, a butterfly-themed bedroom, and a bath. The parents' wing includes a home office for two (which also doubles as a guest room), two walk-in closets, a master bedroom & bath. A family room leads to a gracious living/dining room for formal entertaining. A large eat-in kitchen and laundry room complete the space. The three organizing systems in this room are perfect for a home office. The white closed cabinet is where all large electronics are stored including printer and cables for computers and internet.

This custom home bowling alley was installed by Fusion Bowling as part of a newly constructed 20,000 square foot residence in Lubbock, Texas. The custom color of the two regulation size lanes is a woodgrain called "Valencia Teak", which appears almost black. The color of the lane markings is "Wheat", and the LED gutter lights are cool blue. The computer scoring system features a wireless keypad, two overhead LED TVs, pin action instant replay, and ball speedometer. Entertainment accessories include an 11 foot wide projection screen at the end of the lanes, as well as additional LED TVs for sports and movie viewing. The automatic pinsetter machines are Brunswick A-2 models, rebuilt piece-by-piece by Fusion Bowling and custom painted red. The room's interior design features dark wooden beams across the lanes to hide the special effects lighting, limestone columns with rustic lanterns, wood plank flooring with a wooden transition strip onto the flush-mounted lane surface. The bowling package includes guest bowling balls, lane maintenance kit, Kegel automatic lane cleaning/conditioning machine, secondary ball return storage rack, two sets of bowling pins (red and neon glow green), and guest bowling shoes.

This small Ranch Style house was gutted and completely renovated and opened up to produce a truly indoor-outdoor experience. Panoramic Doors were essential to that end. Most of the house, including what was previously an enclosed Kitchen, now share the views out to the private rear yard and garden.
