An 1,800 square foot house in East Amherst, NY. A sloped ceiling covers most of the open concept living space which includes the kitchen, dining room and family room. The ceiling, along with an abundance of windows and glass doors, help the space to feel spacious and opens up the interior to the surrounding environment. The loft space creates a nice accent while also providing extra space for an office, an extra bedroom as well as another bathroom. ________________________________________________ Open concept gives the public spaces of the house an open and spacious feel. European-styling of the interior was a consideration throughout the design process, as well as with the materials and finishes. Chicagoans find their closet has a different calling. After contacting CHP, these clients converted this space into a highly functional, out-of-the-way, home office. Open the doors and say, “Hello,” to your computer workspace. Close the doors and everything is out-of-sight — perfect for the those who have trouble keeping a neat desktop. Featuring two pedestals, the ample black work surface blends with the desk that is finished in Rain Cloud. Metro style, brushed chrome handles provide sure grips for drawers and doors. In this configuration, you will find cubby style shelves for books. Slots provide a home for pictures and other miscellany. Pencil drawers wait on each side of the desk to provide a home for those quaint leaded writing implements or for whatever really goes in your pencil drawers. The work surfaces, above the open shelving to the right and left, provide a place for things like a fax and a printer. Little touches, like grommets for wire management, are included in this CHP installation. If you don’t feel like organizing the work surface or the shelves, just close the door and no one will ever know the cluttered creativity that goes on behind those doors. If you are proud of your neatness, leave the doors open.

This custom home bowling alley was installed by Fusion Bowling as part of a newly constructed 20,000 square foot residence in Lubbock, Texas. The custom color of the two regulation size lanes is a woodgrain called "Valencia Teak", which appears almost black. The color of the lane markings is "Wheat", and the LED gutter lights are cool blue. The computer scoring system features a wireless keypad, two overhead LED TVs, pin action instant replay, and ball speedometer. Entertainment accessories include an 11 foot wide projection screen at the end of the lanes, as well as additional LED TVs for sports and movie viewing. The automatic pinsetter machines are Brunswick A-2 models, rebuilt piece-by-piece by Fusion Bowling and custom painted red. The room's interior design features dark wooden beams across the lanes to hide the special effects lighting, limestone columns with rustic lanterns, wood plank flooring with a wooden transition strip onto the flush-mounted lane surface. The bowling package includes guest bowling balls, lane maintenance kit, Kegel automatic lane cleaning/conditioning machine, secondary ball return storage rack, two sets of bowling pins (red and neon glow green), and guest bowling shoes.

A small office was enclosed but the rest of the space was open and cluttered. The homeowners wanted a warm, organized space for their family. A recent job change meant they needed a dedicated home office. They also wanted a place where their kids could hang out with friends. Their wish list for this basement remodel included: a home office where the couple could both work, a full bathroom, a cozy living room and a dedicated storage room. This basement renovation resulted in a warm and bright space that is used by the whole family. Highlights of this basement: - Home Office: A new office gives the couple a dedicated space for work. There’s plenty of desk space, storage cabinets, under-shelf lighting and storage for their home library. - Living Room: An old office area was expanded into a cozy living room. It’s the perfect place for their kids to hang out when they host friends and family. - Laundry Room: The new laundry room is a total upgrade. Living room - eclectic living room idea in Tel Aviv

A repurposed bedroom, transitioned with a cased opening closet , showcasing tools, materials, and accents used in the interior design and the production of their presentation. The new design features varying table top workspace on wheels which allows this furniture to double as rolling carts for the arrival or delivery of hard to handle merchandise, can be transported to set up table top workspace on project site, and can easily be moved around the room to accommodate the changing storage needs of inventory for new projects! Lots of great light fixtures provide ample lighting needed throughout this office. These fixtures include several wall sconces, which provide efficient light for viewing project display boards, the shelving units are translucent and allow some light to penetrate through them which is provided from the string lights hidden by the translucent side walls and a back wall, and a recessed overhead florescent fixture over the work desk area. For the walls we decided a streamlined stained wood pattern keeps this room simple, professional and gives the project designer the ability to remain focused, with out personal impressionable décor influences. The molding, the doors, and window casing and their finishes simply coincide with the rest of the downstairs theme. I emailed this rendition of the office space to my client and she now owns a complete illustration she can present to her contractors for bidding, show friends and family her exciting new future office and begin her project with realistic expectations of the finished product.

This homeowner came to us with her basic design ready for us to execute for her kitchen, but also asked us to design and update her entry, sunroom and fireplace. Her kitchen was 80’s standard builder grade cabinetry and laminate countertops and she had a knee wall separating her kitchen from the family room. We removed that wall and installed a custom cabinetry buffet to complement the cabinetry of the kitchen, allowing for access from all sides. We removed a desk area in the kitchen and converted it to a closed organization station complete with a charging station for phones and computers. Calcutta Quartzite countertops were used throughout and continued seamlessly up the walls as a backsplash to create a wow factor. We converted a closet into a pantry cabinet, and new stainless appliances, including a microwave drawer completed this renovation. Additionally, we updated her sunroom by removing the “popcorn” textured ceiling and gave it a fresh updated coat of paint. We installed 12x24 tile floor giving the room a simple classic transformation. Finally, we renewed the fireplace area, by building a custom mantle and adding wood paneling and trim to soften the marble fireplace face and a simple coat of paint in the entry and a new chandelier brought a lighter and fresher impact upon entering the home.

This Ann Arbor home overlooking Gallup Park got a stunning and modern new look that is highly functional for this busy family. The kitchen, although spacious, had only one point of entry around the bend and far away from the front door. By providing an additional hallway that improved circulation, the travel time between the home's entrance and the kitchen is now 80% less. This incredible basement was created with family and colder temperatures in mind. The family wanted a place to retreat in the winter with a laid back, natural, California coastal vibe; completely different than the rest of their elegant home. Their wish for four defined spaces (living, dining, bar, and games) was achieved with unique and custom pieces all around. The large banquette was custom made to fit the niche and maximizes the seating around the large 90” table. The light fixture above the table adds a really industrial feel to the area. If that isn’t enough seating for snacking, the bar is large with plenty more seating and counter space. There is so much space to lounge on the large sectional, comfy chairs by the fireplace, or at the custom table behind the sofa which was made by local iron and woodworkers. It even includes an electric hookup for charging phones and computers. In the bathroom, we used vinyl wallpaper that is textured to look like wood. There are many other elements, like the faux painted wood barndoors and reclaimed beams and shelving that pull the entire space together cohesively and make it a place where everyone wants to hang out.

Office interior CG render is a great tool to present interior design of a workplace in photorealistic quality. The architect was aware of that fact when he set a goal to showcase all the features of the fresh office space that includes several zones for productive collegial work, individual tasks and relaxing. Thus, armed with a powerful CGI image, he managed to successfully present his client an alternative architectural approach to office interior design. Truly, how can one not make an impression with such a lifelike computer-generated 3D render?
