Intus Windows: Arcade, triple pane windows, STC40/OITC35
The low solar heat gain coefficient of Intus' Eforte glazing, combined with the low U-values, and reduced heating and cooling significantly decrease energy costs for this public charter school. According to the general contractor, MCN Build,, the cost of the Intus system was 30% less than the alternative aluminum double-pane system. Intus' solutions saved the builder on material costs, and more importantly, as much as $300,000.00 dollars and 49,000.00 estimated saving in energy consumption a year for Capital City Public Charter school!

This unique project was for a very large front yard. The homeowner wanted a pond and stream that her kids and dogs could interact with as well as bring the large lawn to life.
They were also very concerned with water consumption, as her front yard was entirely lawn before. We assured her that ponds use 50% less water than lawns and traditional landscaping. The home owners couldn't be happier with our work and even allow us to show off their garden in our yearly Pond Tour!

BOK-KETE-PET-CAR - Basket Of Knowledge - Petg & Bamboo Pendant
"The Baskets of Knowledge (2009) are based on a Maori
creation myth in which the gods gave humans three
baskets containing the knowledge they needed to live on Earth. They hold the knowledge of the natural world (Kete Aronui: bamboo basket), the spiritual world (Kete Tuaatea: polycarbonate basket) and our rational world (Kete Tuauri: aluminium basket). David believes that these three need to be in balance for us to live harmoniously on Earth."

Green Home Systems provides reliable solar power solutions to residential and commercial customers all over the country. Recently, we had the opportunity to work with Bruce D. in Jacksonville, IL to provide a 19kW solar system for his home. We were able to complete this job quickly and efficiently, delivering a high quality product at an affordable price.
At Green Home Systems, our mission is to provide our customers with the best customer service in the industry as well as unparalleled solar solutions at the most economical price. We understand that not everyone can afford large upfront costs associated with installing solar systems and we are proud to offer competitive financing options that make it easier for our customers to go solar without breaking the bank. This was certainly true for Bruce D., who took advantage of our financing options and was able to have his new solar system installed within a couple of weeks time.
Our team worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly when installing Bruce’s new system. We began by inspecting his roof to determine if it was suitable for installation and if there were any potential problems that needed addressing before beginning work. Once we determined everything was in order we then moved on to designing and installing the system itself. Our team of experienced professionals worked diligently to ensure each component was installed properly and securely so that it would be able to withstand years of exposure to the elements without issue.
We also made sure that Bruce was aware of all the financial benefits associated with having a photovoltaic system installed on his home. He was now able to take advantage of numerous tax credits available in Illinois as well as decreased utility bills due to reduced consumption from his local electricity provider. Additionally, he will be able to increase the value of his home by having a solar power system installed which will make it more attractive should he decide he wants to sell it down the line.
In conclusion, we are proud of our work with Bruce D. in Jacksonville, IL and were happy to provide him with an efficient and cost-effective way to add renewable energy sources into his home’s power grid. Our team worked diligently throughout every stage of this project from design through installation until completion and we are thrilled with the results. We look forward to continuing our work throughout Illinois providing reliable solar solutions at competitive prices so that more people can benefit from this clean source of energy!

Jay and Katie of Jacksonville, NC have installed a huge rooftop/ground mount combination solar electric system with Green Solar Technologies. This grand 35.61 kW system includes 40 roof mounted SolarWorld solar panels and 4 ground mounted. That is A LOT of clean renewable energy! Jay commented that he appreciated the work ethic of the installation crew willing to work weekends to remain on track with scheduling.
The solar process begins with a solar consultation to review your annual kilowatt consumption and design your custom solar energy system. Next, we bring you through financing and find the best arrangement that works for your budget and credit. After that, we inspect the property, obtain all necessary permits, and begin installation. Once installed, we receive permission to operate and connect your solar panels to the grid. With GST, everything is taken care of for you from start to finish.

The 5-watt LED could do the job of the 75-watt incandescent at 1/15 of the energy consumption. Check this link right here http://www.lightsnshowers.sg/ for more information on LED Light Singapore. LED's save energy and, therefore, money. This is because in LED Light Singapore, 90% of energy is converted into light, while in incandescent bulbs 90% of energy goes to heat and only 10% to visible light.

Elegant and energy efficient.
This bathroom was part of a Net Zero Ready home that we recently built. Net Zero homes produce as much energy as they consume and are 80% more efficient than current homes built to code. To help reduce energy consumption in this bathroom, we installed low flow fixtures, LED lights in the mirrors and an ERV (energy recovery ventilator). Because less energy is required to lower the temperature of dry air compared to moist air, an ERV can reduce the work your air conditioner needs to do and save you money. It also brings in fresh air flow and help with humidity levels, improving overall health and air quality.
Another great feature of this bathroom is the shower which has a large clear glass window. This allows for direct sunlight from the window to access the shower, while the patterned glass on the bathroom/vanity side still provides a level of privacy for the user. We’re certain that these clients will be enjoying many sunny mornings in this oasis.
