DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered pieces for my bathroom remodel at Studio 41. I spent a lot of money and expected top service. I received my boxes ripped and had missing items. I called to return the item and they treated me like I was a criminal. Accusing me of destroying the merchandise and stealing from them. I was so disappointed after spending a good amount of money there. Their items are marked up. You can find the same products cheaper online with faster service. I strongly recommend not shopping here.

We are once again very pleased Studio41 repeat customers. A couple of years ago, we worked with Lauren S on a major primary bath renovation. We are a retired couple and Lauren thoughtfully recommended plumbing and accessories that allow for aging in place without appearing to be a hospital or long term care space. All have proven to be invaluable. Recently, we decided to remodel two other bathrooms and were happy to find Lauren was still at Studio41 in Schaumburg. You can take an idea, bring in favorite tile samples and Lauren transforms the space into a stunning end result. Her vast knowledge of products Studio41 offers, talent for design and way of adding complimenting accessories creates a beautiful bath, not just one with new features. Many thanks to Lauren for helping us through the quite detailed bath remodels. All vanities, plumbing supplies and accessories were accurate, of flawless quality and delivered timely. If you want to make a difference in the outcome of your remodel, Lauren is highly recommended. As for some reviews that are posted concerning customer service, the designer/sales reps at Studio41 are customer focused and deliver. It is fine to browse the showroom products, however, please respect the designers' time and do yourself a favor and set up an appointment. It will give you the ease of one stop shopping with a professional.

I highly recommend Ia Jorjoliani at Studio 41 Lincolnwood. She did a great job working with us to select plumbing fixtures, vanities, and medicine cabinets for our bathrooms project. She was very helpful and patient with our all our questions and changes.

Overall am happy with the service I received when choosing fixtures. The salesperson was able to find a style I liked in a reasonable price range. I did reach out several times since picking up my order to the salesperson and received no response because they were on vacation. I just wish I could have had assistance from someone else and in general I am disappointed by the salespeople's lack of knowledge about plumbing since I learned too late about thermostatic valves vs. standard valves. They also did not have the order ready for pickup when they said it would and it delayed my project by a day and customer service has strange reasons for items not being not returnable. Be sure to ask your plumber first what they have in their home before you choose new tub/shower features.

We went here because we wanted the best and didn’t mind to overpay for that. Issues at every turn. After months of trying to get the correct plumbing fixtures they finally gave up and told us to go elsewhere because “we aren’t plumbers and don’t know how this stuff works”. They sold us shower fixtures and a tub, the diverter valve was for showers only – not complicated stuff. The worst was them ordering the wrong expensive kitchen cabinets. After waiting six months for delivery and the wrong cabinets showing up we realized we should have taken the warning signs of the sales person misspelling our names, incorrectly writing down our phone numbers and address… every single time. Worst is the management could care less, wouldn’t even offer up a vague apology or refund our money on the stuff that didn’t fit. We’re stuck with Ikea looking cabinets and useless plumbing hardware.

This place is great. We buy hard to find supplies from here. The staff is always super nice and k owlageable.

Great place for design. I had made an appointment for a kitchen design with Konrad and he had brought my vision to life!! Highly recommend !!

Please be careful when using this company. I used them for a significant renovation of my room and had problem after problem. There were errors on the estimate, the delivery to the store was 3 days late and they wouldn't expedite delivery to my home, part of the order was missing, and I received only one of the 10 samples I ordered. My phone calls and emails were often not returned in a timely manner while I was trying to follow up. Their remedy was to allow me to return product from the order that we didn't need, stating that it was an exception, when the return policy clearly states returns are accepted within 45 days. They said they would refund my freight shipping charges as an accommodation for the issues, then pulled that back two days later. In trying to resolve the issue, the manager told me that the tile manufacturers don't care about customers, nor does the overall management of the Studio 41 business. When there are so many choices of tile vendors in Chicago, it just doesn't make sense to work with one that does not value customer service.

We have worked with Studio 41 showroom for over ten years. They are knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with. They have been our go to source for all our kitchen and bath projects. Cannot recommend them enough!

Where do I begin?? They are amazing!! They walk you through everything and have a great selection with amazing prices. Ask for Brian and he will give you the best customer service.

Love working with Studio 41. They have stepped up their game lately, where they are going out to help you in any way they can. Emailing you to remind you of any estimates you have that they may help you with. Matching lower prices, seminars they are sponsoring to inform you of new products they are carrying. They are becoming my one stop shopping to renovate any of my clients homes or new construction.
