Designed by Malia Schultheis and built by Tru Form Tiny. This Tiny Home features Blue stained pine for the ceiling, pine wall boards in white, custom barn door, custom steel work throughout, and modern minimalist window trim. The Cabinetry is Maple with stainless steel countertop and hardware. The backsplash is a glass and stone mix. It only has a 2 burner cook top and no oven. The washer/ drier combo is in the kitchen area. Open shelving was installed to maintain an open feel.

This living room feels modern because of the use of new materials like cork wallcovering in the panels, sleek Murano lamps, and pearlized ceiling paint, that comes off of the bold yet neutral black foyer. Touches of black help to tie the spaces together.

This is a guest , and secondary living space in a 3 story walk-up brownstone. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. I created a larger feeling space with the massive stately dog painting. I custom designed the asian influenced cocktail table from an antique door from India. The silk drapes take on a masculine feel by adding the leather threaded grommets and are hung on a heavy plumbing pipe with barbell finials! The cork floor is softened with the oriental rugs incorporating all of the colors.
