These homeowners purchased a lovely Melrose corner-lot home in desperate need of a landscape refresh. In addition to the Techo-Bloc patio & walkway, LCM PLUS replaced the aging back steps and reconfigured the layout. Using matching natural flat fieldstone LCM PLUS build a small garden wall to match the new front steps, and used landscape lighting to highlight the natural features. Final touches including replacing the fence and & lawn mask the extensive underground drainage & electrical work also completed which means this creative outdoor living space will serve well for many years to come.

Mudroom - coastal gray floor mudroom idea with white walls

This expansive Victorian had tremendous historic charm but hadn’t seen a kitchen renovation since the 1950s. The homeowners wanted to take advantage of their views of the backyard and raised the roof and pushed the kitchen into the back of the house, where expansive windows could allow southern light into the kitchen all day. A warm historic gray/beige was chosen for the cabinetry, which was contrasted with character oak cabinetry on the appliance wall and bar in a modern chevron detail. This mudroom accommodates the homeowners daily lifestyle and activities. Baskets and additional storage under the bench hide everyday items and hooks offer a place to hang coats and scarves.
