The design intent of this powder room vanity revolved around mimicking the feel of an antique dry sink. Using rift and quarter sawn oak and period correct hardware, this vanity incorporated a stone counter top and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Primary bathroom designed by Delphinium Design in Charlotte, North Carolina features a beautiful light blue double vanity with quartz countertop, porcelain herringbone tile floor, large walk-in alcove shower with glass door, subway tile design and shower bench, glass vanity mirrors and brass hardware and plumbing.

This project involved a small bathroom in a 1970s detached home in Dalhousie, NW Calgary. The layout measured approximately 5×8 feet and remained unchanged to control plumbing costs. The primary goal was improving usability and correcting moisture-related concerns without expanding the footprint.

Brookhaven bathroom remodel rescued a mid-project renovation left incomplete when their former contractor bailed. We rebuilt the shower with tile, added dual niches, installed quartz vanity countertops, upgraded lighting and hardware, and corrected plumbing and HVAC issues. The result: a luxury bathroom renovation done right, combining style and function for Brookhaven and ITP Atlanta homeowners.

In this project we remodeled 2 bathrooms completely. We found the bathroom after demolition and poor plumbing and electrical work that was done by another company that left the customer in the middle after they took from her most of the money. We corrected the plumbing and the electrical per code and we did all the work needed to complete the job. We also replaced partial of the roof.

This exciting renovation improved both the look and functionality of our client’s Master Ensuite and Shared Bathroom. Both rooms had both dated aesthetics and dysfunctional layouts, but more importantly, they required updated plumbing due to an old renovation where the plumbing had been done incorrectly and had caused leaking and ceiling damage below. To solve the leaks, and provide better function in both Bathrooms, fixtures in the Shared Bathroom were relocated, and the previously installed plumbing connections were corrected. This solved the leak issues and provided improved function in both Bathrooms. A rarely used large corner tub in the Master Ensuite was eliminated to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower with a bench, and a custom wall-to-wall double vanity provided a nice aesthetic and lots of useful storage. The tub and toilet in the Shared Bathroom were switched and new custom vanity and linen cabinets were installed. Each Bathroom was given its own distinct look. Porcelain tiles made to look like marble, and mosaics accentuated with patterned floor tiles, luxurious marble knobs and handles, and beautiful jewel faucets gave the Master Ensuite a Transitional charm. The Shared Bathroom was completed with large format black porcelain tiles with a marble look, glass accent mosaics, and modern plumbing fixtures gave the room an eclectic flair. The project was finished on time, and our clients couldn’t be happier! They can now enjoy their personalized Shared Bathroom and Master Ensuite, with the comfort of knowing the plumbing is installed correctly.
