We can also bring sample doors and finishes to your home and make design changes on our laptops in 20-20 CAD with you, in your own kitchen.

The house has been laid out to take maximum advantage of both passive and active solar energy, natural ventilation, low impact and recyclable materials, high efficiency lighting and controls, in a structure that is very simple and economical to build. The envelope of the house is designed to require a minimum amount of energy in order to live and use the home based on the lifestyle of the occupants. The home will have an innovative HVAC system that has been recently developed by engineers from the University of Illinois which uses considerably less energy than a conventional heating and cooling system and provides extremely high indoor air quality utilizing a CERV (conditioned energy recovery ventilation system) combined with a cost effective installation.

Randy Angell DesignsWhen modernizing a curve-lined ("free-form") pool, the best way to give it that contemporary look is to incorporate straight lines and sharp angles wherever you can. Seeing as how demolishing and altering the existing pool beam can be incredibly expensive (if not logistically impossible in some cases), the most cost-effective way to incorporate those straight lines is to reconfigure/re-shape the pool decking. This was one of the many things that happened on this West Plano project. Notice the straight line saw cuts in the decking, coupled with the squared-off outside deck edges that those lines run into.

Artistic Design And RemodelingLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.

Braitman Design StudioWe carefully selected cabinetry and hardware which would coordinate well with the original style of the 1930s historic home. Still, we wanted to modernize the kitchen while still maintaining a classic look. We were able to do so by choosing cherry cabinets over pine and installing a modern glass tile backsplash which brings an element of excitement to the space without overwhelming it. Stainless steel appliances and brand new countertops also lend a touch of tasteful modernity to the room.
Spring Creek DesignTim & Elissa have a beautiful home in the most desirable Wyomissing neighborhood. Broad sidewalks under stately oaks, with nearby parks makes it a perfect place to raise a growing family. But their 2-bedroom mid-century rancher was becoming a squeeze. They asked Spring Creek Design to come up with a cost-effective solution to their space problem, while also tackling some of the home’s aged infrastructure.
Design Criteria:
- Increase living space by adding a new 2nd storey Master Suite.
- Enhance livability with an open floorplan on the first floor.
- Improve the connection to the outdoors.
- Update basics systems with new windows, HVAC and insulation.
