About: Imagine waking up to the sound of crashing waves and feeling the salty breeze on your skin. That's the reality of staying in this stunning cottage, located just one block away from the beach. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a beautifully laid-out interior that allows for seamless flow between the kitchen and common spaces on the first floor. And if you think the inside is impressive, wait until you step outside. The pond view from the outdoor seating area is simply breathtaking, and the second-floor master balcony offers a peaceful retreat to take in the beauty of the surrounding area. But the grand outdoor fireplace on the back porch steals the show and is the perfect spot for some evening s'mores with loved ones. This cottage is the epitome of the perfect beach-loving lifestyle.

Ooh baby our client is excited and so are we! New room, new kiddo, new accessories, new adventure! Little cutie Carter needs a crib to crash… (so the parents can try to get some sleep)
There’s nothing quite like preparing for one’s first child. From the crazy anticipation to the silliest worries, adding a plus one to the family can be a lot (not to mention the hormones and why do pickles sound SOOO good?!?) Luckily, Paxton Place is more than happy to help! We can’t bring ice cream at 2am (sorry) but we can design a cute and cozy space for you and the baby to bond together.
Our client wanted a modern twist on the classics for little Carter. We chose various blues and whites for our boy; but notice the fun patterns on the ceiling and sheets. There’s a refined minimalist design with the furniture that feels timeless but looks 21st century. Transitioning, a new baby isn’t just for the parents; grandparents have to make room, also. They opted for a more traditional approach for grandbaby number 1. To accommodate, we installed soft lacy curtains and blankets for our special man. There’s also antique plates and mirrors to reflect a more mature design that matches the rest of their home. We loved creating two unique environments, connecting generations to come.

Sail away to a land of decadent design, where the beauty of a rocky coastline serves as inspiration for interior spaces. Like waves crashing against white wooden planks, the Blue Cosmos granite countertop is a deep Atlantic Ocean navy scattered with frothy foam. Connecting this deep sea inspired surface to the pearly white cabinetry: a boardwalk of Subway 4x16 ceramic tile in Biscuit Matte. And finally, a finishing touch to bring this delicate beach motif full circle ... a serene scene of a ship at sea, forever encapsulated in Carrara marble. This exquisite hand-painted piece by Stone Impressions is framed by a rope rail and prominently placed in the center of the space.

In All Weather’s latest episode of the hit HGTV series Celebrity IOU, comedian, actor and producer Kevin Hart gives back to his close friend and personal trainer Ron, aka “Boss.” who helped him walk after his serious 2019 car crash. The 42- year old comedian expresses his deep gratitude by transforming his “brothers” backhouse into a sleek man cave complete with a barber shop, as a nod to how they met nearly 19 years ago.
“My life got flipped upside down by a tragic accident and Boss was there with me every step of they way,” said Kevin. “This is a small token of my appreciation that Boss won’t see coming and that will hopefully floor him, This renovation is well-deserved because of the person that he is.”
Kevin combines forces with the Property Brothers and All Weather to turn Boss’ crumbling backhouse into a stylish retreat where he can relax with friends. Not only did Kevin take part in the demo by taking apart rotted floors and knocking down cabinets with a sledgehammer, he also helped pick out tile and floor colors. Kevin told Drew and Jonathan Scott that he has watched a lot of design shows and was 1000% confident in all his choices.
Kevin’s smart design decisions helped create a space reflective of Boss’s style. The dramatic transformation includes a modern kitchen with a hidden bar, large stone island and expansive All Weather Series 8100 Pocket Sliding Doors; an open living space and barber shop with large All Weather Series 5000 casement windows; All Weather Series 7000 Swing Door for the exterior entry door to the barber shop. See the amazing project photos here.
Celebrity IOU gives celebrities a chance to show their gratitude to someone special in their life or career by giving their space a complete redesign. Working together with the Property Brothers, the celebrities get their hands dirty to surprise their deserving friends and mentors with the stunning home renovations.

When Michael reached out to us, he had a very clear vision—but also a unique challenge.
He wanted an epoxy coffee table inspired by ocean waves. However, he didn't want the design to feel too plain, nor did he want dramatic crashing waves that would overpower his living space. His goal was something balanced, natural, and full of life.
After discussing different ideas, our design team suggested adding delicate starfish beneath the crystal-clear resin and creating layered gradient waves that transition from deep blue to soft turquoise. This combination brought movement, depth, and a realistic coastal feeling without becoming overwhelming.
The finished table measures 48" L × 24" W × 1.97" D and features carefully selected poplar wood paired with hand-poured epoxy resin. Every wave was crafted by hand, making each detail completely unique.
When Michael received the table, he was thrilled with the result. The colors blended beautifully with his interior, and the table became the centerpiece of his living room. Seeing the epoxy coffee table perfectly complement his space was exactly what we hoped to achieve.
At World Custom Table, every project begins with your ideas. From wood selection and resin color planning to design sketches and handcrafted production, we work closely with each customer to create furniture that reflects their personal style. Rather than simply building tables, we transform inspiration into one-of-a-kind pieces that are designed to last for generations.
If you're looking for a custom epoxy coffee table, we'd love to help bring your vision to life.

CA fam ?—ever heard of the “10 Biggest Renovation Regrets”? #7 is a total trap that’s wrecked 90% of folks I know. My bestie just texted crying: her new kitchen walls are moldy, floors are buckling, and she’s out $30K fixing it.
Let’s be real: stop believing “CA is too dry for moisture control”. Especially if you’re in SF (fog city) or LA (rainy Nov-Mar)—painting walls with regular paint is basically rolling out a red carpet for mold. My neighbor’s walls last year? Peeling like a bad sunburn, and her oven grew mold (gross, I know).
Here’s the fix:
❶ Walls: Moisture-blocking primer + anti-mold paint (Sherwin-Williams’ “MoldBlock” is CA mom-approved).
❷ Floors: Water-resistant composite wood (skip cheap solid wood—it swells when humidity hits).
❸ Wet areas (kitchen/bath): Mini dehumidifier (Amazon “CA dehumidifier” under $100 saves your walls!).
No one wants renovation regrets, but dodging this? Saves you 30% in repair cash. Let’s enjoy CA sun and fog—without mold crashing the party. ?️

The home was built in 1962 and had dark paneling installed throughout. This paneling, now with special treatment, has been refinished and painted white to make a very dark room light and airy. Plank hickory flooring has been installed throughout the house. An area in the family room has been designated as dining room space, seating eight guests. A bookcase has been expanded and built into a beautiful interior lite cabinet with glass shelves and glass front uppers, storing essentials for wine tasting as well as serving pieces. The once "crash family room" now serves the entire family as a gathering space for many happy occasions.

Whether you are crashing after a long day of work or snuggling up with a cup of tea on a cold winter morning, your bedroom should be a haven. We seek to create a retreat for you that surrounds you in colors, fabrics, and finishes that bring you happiness and relaxation.

This aparment has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and a bonus entry space with beautiful East River views bathed in sunlight. One of the biggest requirements in the great room was a reclining sectional. Now we all know how recliners used to be, bulky and outdated and I saw my design dreams crashing. But I was able to source this gorgeous, uber cool electric recliner sectional which is a joy to sit and lounge in. The right corner opened in this image.
I added a combination of smaller coffe tables to accomondate a comfortable flow in the living room given the space required for the recliner to open up. The textural stone and contrast in the base is endearing in this table. Also seen here is the dining room and kitchen further beyond and the entry foyer space.
Motorised shades in beautiful Holland and Sherry fabric in all of the great room unite the space.

Tropical islands are the focal point for the design build of the acreage behind this stunning, Mediterranean-style home. The hardscape features a three level pool, including a toddler pool and a wading pool. Starting at the reef, there are three leaf petal loungers which allow you to recline in four to six inches of water at your feet. Limestone holy boulders are placed strategically along the edge for a natural element. A beautiful blend of earthy colors within the flagstone create a natural and rustic pool deck. All of the steps and bench seating inside the pool are also made of flagstone (custom fabricated flagstone coping for this project was completed on site). The toddler pool features fiber optic lighting which was installed at the bottom of the pool in the gunnite shell to create the reflection of a starry, celestial sky (fiber optic lighting can be used to create any number of shapes or constellations). An infinity edge crashes over beautiful stone and tile work, falling into a wading pool below. Another special feature is a water feature of riverstone cobbles sitting below dancing flames. Large stepping stones alongside this feature lead you to a lounge pool deck creating the feeling of an island retreat. Limestone slabs were used for a path of steps that take you through the landscaping back to the main house. A gazebo was added to hold an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a pool house with restrooms. All of the outdoor features are automated, allowing you to operate water temperature, fire features, water features, even the music and lighting from your smartphone.

Imagine stepping into a coastal paradise where the salty breeze rustles through lush outdoor plants, and the sound of crashing waves in the distance sets the rhythm for your day. This beach home project on Houzz encapsulates the essence of seaside living in every detail.
As you approach this beachfront oasis, a pristine white door welcomes you into a world of timeless elegance and tranquility. The white walls of the exterior not only reflect the purity of the sandy shores but also serve as a canvas for the vibrant hues of the surrounding outdoor plants, making them pop against the backdrop of this dreamy beach home.
Once inside, the transition from indoors to outdoors is seamless. The brick flooring outdoors is reminiscent of quaint coastal villages, evoking a sense of nostalgia and charm. It provides a stable foundation for your journey through this sun-soaked sanctuary. Ceiling fans and ceiling lights above keep the space cool and well-lit, ensuring you can savor the outdoors even on the warmest days or under the starry night sky.
Stepping onto the pristine marble floor inside, you're greeted with a cool, smooth touch underfoot. It offers a striking contrast to the rugged charm of the brick floor outside. The subtle patterns in the marble floor exude sophistication, echoing the beauty of seashells scattered along the beach.
This beach home is not just a place to live; it's a place to connect with the natural world. The patio, nestled amidst the outdoor plants, offers a serene refuge for relaxation and contemplation. Imagine sipping a refreshing drink, surrounded by the gentle sway of the palm trees and the fragrance of exotic blooms. This is a place to escape, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
