Although the space was designed for the younger generations with it's dual, steel & wood, built in twin & full bunk beds, built in 12ft long window seat and PS3 gaming system complete with game library, we keep hearing that adults are equally enamored with the space. This large room can sleep 4-6 in the built in bunk beds and easily 1-2 more in the 12ft long window seat area. 1916 Bungalow in Portland Oregon. This kitchen had been remodeled multiple times throughout the years and was in dire need of a fresh remodel. The home owners now have a time period appropriate style kitchen with modern creature comforts every cook will love.

Karen's passion for the venerable horseshoe crab has existed since childhood. Having rescued many by putting them gently back into the surf, the ones that have been lunch for the gulls, find their way to the wall by her studio entrance. Note the latest, the largest she has ever found, lower center, just the other day. Must be over 40 years old, and look at the barnacles! The collection isn't all out here, the more delicate molts some as small as a baby's hand, are kept safely in boxes for drawing and nature studies. So happy that in so many states, this incredible creature that remains unchanged since many years prior to when dinosaurs roamed the earth, are now protected. An expansive back yard landscape with several mature oak trees and a stunning Golden Locust tree has been transformed into a welcoming outdoor retreat. The renovations include a wraparound deck, an expansive travertine natural stone patio, stairways and pathways along with concrete retaining walls and column accents with dramatic planters. The pathways meander throughout the landscape... some with travertine stepping stones and gravel and those below the majestic oaks left natural with fallen leaves. Tom Harper This home was a renovation of a traditional weekend log home into a modern full time retirement residence. This home was shy of storage, loaded with lots of wood (floors, walls and ceilings were all wood) and was dated and dull. We completely blew out the kitchen and all bathrooms and totally renovated the basement into a cozy entertainment space. The style ended up being "mountain modern" which was sensitive to the modern home style, but fresh with contemporary creature comforts and details.

Can a living space get any more natural light than this? With soaring double high ceilings and windows to match, this Kestell Blvd living room will satisfy any sun loving creature to the core!

The kitchen was kept bright and airy with high-end appliances for the avid cook and homeschooling mother. As an animal loving family and owner of two furry creatures, we added a little whimsy with cat wallpaper in their laundry room.
