Modern Chelsea Pied-à-terre | Renovation & Interior Design by Brett Design as seen in New York Cottages and Gardens. The warm and welcoming bedroom area of this open floor plan Manhattan apartment features custom furniture including a bespoke desk by Brett Design. The "Ostrich Leg" patterned wallpaper is part of the Brett Design Skins Wallcovering Collection, which also includes Lizard, Crocodile, and Snake. A custom frosted glass sliding wall separates the living area from the bedroom, providing privacy when desired and allowing light to illuminate both spaces.

Here is a wide angle view of the master bedroom. We added vynil wallpaper with this beautiful crocodile leather finish. I chose a darker base for the bedroom to make it moody and modern. Once we had our wallpaper picked out, I kept all other upholstery in the room light. The bed is modern and upholstered in a soft wool fabric in a grey with some warm threads. The custom roman shades in a plaid pattern took some convinicing, but it warms the room with some soft pattern.

What makes this home office so special is the beautiful crocodile leather doors and matching panels. Built for an interior designer, the spacious office features glass inset doors for display, LED lighting, and recycled leather from Eco Domo to add glamour to the space. The L-shaped space has a Pull out drawer for the printer, file cabinet and lots of pull out drawer storage.
