Inspiration for a bedroom remodel in Hyderabad

This little girl's, big girl bedroom turned out so beautifully. Her mom says her little girl is sleep so well and loves hanging out in her room on the bed reading books. We combined this three year old's love of ballet with her moms love of French Parisian details. For the hand-scripted mural we started with a freshly painted canvas of Colorhouse Imagine.06 and used Nourish.06 to create interest and pretty texture with a personal phrase mom says to her little girl "I Love You Pretty Girl"

The double French doors really gives this room the grander and the light that it deserves. It creates so much more warmth to the room and personality too.

Under the 900 sq. ft. attached roof, grill and smoke meats with the 25 ft. kitchen, serve drinks while watching the game by the bar, or sit on the hearth of a stone fire place. The rare, Sinker Cypress, reclaimed wood used for the roof was brought in from the swamps of Florida. The large pool is 48 by 23 feet with a Midnight Blue finish and features an immense boulder waterfall that used 12 tons of rock! The decking continues to the back of the pool for an elevated area perfect for dancing or watching the sunset. We loved this project and working with the homeowner. This space was created as a master bath for this client and was part of a larger master suite and dance studio addition. The marbled countertop juxtapositions the glass wall tiles and framed mirrors over the dual sinks beautifully. With home prices rising and residential lots getting smaller, this Encinitas couple decided to stay in place and add on to their beloved home and neighborhood. Retired, but very active, they planned for the golden years while having fun along the way. This Master Suite now fosters their passion for dancing as a studio for practice and dance parties. The primary goal of this basement project was to give these homeowners more space: both for their own everyday use and for guests. By excavating an unusable crawl space, we were able to build out a full basement with 9’ high ceilings, a guest bedroom, a full bathroom, a gym, a large storage room, and a spacious entertainment room that includes a kitchenette. In all, the homeowners gained over 1,100 of finished space.

A happy coincidence that makes us smile- the art looks like it was made for the wallpaper; or the wallpaper, the art. It’s a dance.

We had a ball turning an “original garage turned media room” into a dreamy bourbon lounge for our special clients. The extensive bourbon collection deserved all the best highlights including custom bistro shelving, ambient lighting and both beautiful and functional cabinetry. The vibe is moody and mysterious and the finishes are sophisticated. Cork metallic wallpaper, deep hued paint and the quartzite countertops, which immediately draw the eye with their beauty, all culminate to this amazingly relaxing space that make one want to put up their feet, light a cigar and enjoy a fine pour. The traditionally inspired furnishings keep the room cozy and comfortable, and ever so plush. The lounge and its adjacent bathroom were designed with masculine inspired finishes and speaks to the client’s love for music. The powder bath on the other side of the home is a jewel box of a room with a custom mural and vanity, dancing crystal lights and a pink lacquered ceiling. The two distinctly different spaces delivered exactly what each spouse was hoping for!
