This entry sets the tone for a bold, personality-driven renovation of a 100+ year-old Minneapolis home. This very tiny + outdated kitchen was begging for a fix me up. So we gave it just what it was asking for and we gutted it down to the bare bones and started fresh. A new functional open concept layout, much larger working triangle and massive amount of work space gave this kitchen the love it needed. We opted for no uppers on half of the kitchen to get a slight Scandinavian vibe and a nice neutral slate to keep it timeless and ready to flow with the rest of the home.

And last, but by no means least, red roses. We planted red roses (foreground) when landscaping around a pond we installed for two of our clients. They blend beautifully with the variegated hydrangea to the right of them and the variegated hosta to the left. All the plants pictured will attract birds and butterflies. But the dramatic red rose is the eye-catcher. Needless to say: red roses symbolize love and romance like no other and also suggest perfection and beauty. Home design - transitional home design idea in Toronto with purple walls

The goal of this landscape design and build project was to mitigate run-off from a steep hillside as well as to beautify the front foundation planting at a condo complex in South Boston. This design features a traditional approach to the front walkway using a mix of evergreen and deciduous shrubs, an oramental weeping tree, and a mix of perennials. Along the slope, our approach was to utilize a mix of grasses to hold soil and also to create swathes of color during the Fall season. Designed and built by Skyline Landscapes, LLC.
