A secondary hand-held shower in matte black is mounted on a pole providing flexible height options near the bench seat. The long supply line insures that the shower is easily cleaned and is handy for bathing a pet too. Tile in soothing spa colors complete the shower.

A generous shower was added to a small bathroom incorporating spa like natural materials creating a zen oasis for a busy couple. A cantilevered quartz bench in the shower rests beneath over sized niches providing ample storage.

A custom tile layout was designed for this alcove bath. Subway sized tiles installed vertically at the lower section amplify the height of the space in neutral shades of tan, gray and beige. The spa glass mosaic tile is framed with a white pencil edge creating a horizontal accent band. It's framed again with a picture frame mitred corner detail around the recessed niches. Polished chrome fixtures by Kohler with a slide bar and a flip-side hand held spray make this shower perfect for the whole family regardless of their height. The oversize air tub is extra deep so a grab bar was installed at an angle. An arched shower curtain rod was selected in lieu of glass doors to create a more open feeling while soaking in the air-jet tub. Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLC

A young family moving from NYC tackled a lightning fast makeover of their new colonial revival home before the arrival of their second child. The kitchen area was quite spacious but needed a facelift and new layout. Painted cabinetry matched to Benjamin Moore’s Light Pewter is balanced by grey glazed rift oak cabinetry on the island. Shiplap paneling on the island and cabinet lend a slightly contemporary edge. The room is only 52" wide, the narrow bench is cantilevered to allow ample floor space. The floor slopes to the linear drain, the wet room, with the shower at the end is open, no door or curb.

Garden themed bathroom has separate areas for the tub/shower, vanity and a private toilet area. The high ceilings in sky blue and fresh color evoke spring in a classic space.

Extra deep drawers and a concealed trash bin are centered between two tall cabinets. Their size was determined by the existing granite top left over from a kitchen renovation. The entire space was designed around the two granite remnants from the kitchen island and cook-top's back-splash.
