LiLu InteriorsWhen LiLu was called on by a long-time client to help remodel her kitchen in a charming 1930s St. Paul home, the Design Team knew the space needed to be expanded, lightened, and brightened. First they removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room. A breakfast bar was added and the window seat was refreshed to offer more inviting places for people to mingle. Crown molding and recessed lighting were installed to create visual height. All the cabinets were painted a light gray, with bold pops of blue, orange, and even some indigo throughout. And yet what makes this kitchen a perfect fit for our home cook client are the storage spaces unique positioned throughout. From shelving above that houses our client’s many cookbooks, to the custom cabinets that hideaway appliances and cookware alike, every detail was considered when making this kitchen both useful and unique.

Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors. They serve the Minneapolis-St. Paul area including Wayzata, Edina, and Rochester, and they travel to the far-flung destinations that their upscale clientele own second homes in.

Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncThis bathroom is part of a new Master suite construction for a traditional house in the city of Burbank.
The space of this lovely bath is only 7.5' by 7.5'
Going for the minimalistic look and a linear pattern for the concept.
The floor tiles are 8"x8" concrete tiles with repetitive pattern imbedded in the, this pattern allows you to play with the placement of the tile and thus creating your own "Labyrinth" pattern.
The two main bathroom walls are covered with 2"x8" white subway tile layout in a Traditional herringbone pattern.
The toilet is wall mounted and has a hidden tank, the hidden tank required a small frame work that created a nice shelve to place decorative items above the toilet.
You can see a nice dark strip of quartz material running on top of the shelve and the pony wall then it continues to run down all the way to the floor, this is the same quartz material as the counter top that is sitting on top of the vanity thus connecting the two elements together.
For the final touch for this style we have used brushed brass plumbing fixtures and accessories.

Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLCFamily members enter this kitchen from the mud room where they are right at home in this friendly space.
The Kitchens central banquette island seats six on cozy upholstered benches with another two diners at the ends. There is table seating for EIGHT plus the back side boasts raised seating for four more on swiveling bar stools.
The show-stopping coffered ceiling was custom designed and features beaded paneling, recessed can lighting and dramatic crown molding.
The counters are made of Labradorite which is often associated with jewels. It's iridescent sparkle adds glamour without being too loud.
The wood paneled backsplash allows the cabinetry to blend in. There is glazed subway tile behind the range.
This lovely home features an open concept space with the kitchen at the heart. Built in the late 1990's the prior kitchen was cherry, but dark, and the new family needed a fresh update.

Haile Kitchen & Bath LLCThis transitional style kitchen design in Gainesville is stunning on the surface with hidden treasures behind the kitchen cabinet doors. Crystal Cabinets with contrasting white and dark gray finish cabinetry set the tone for the kitchen style. The space includes a full butler's pantry with a round, hammered metal sink. The cabinetry is accented by Top Knobs hardware and an Ocean Beige quartzite countertop. The white porcelain tile backsplash features Ann Sacks tile in both the kitchen and butler's pantry. A tall pantry cabinet in the kitchen opens to reveal amazing storage for small kitchen appliances and gadgets, which is perfect for an avid home chef or baker. The bottom of this cabinet was customized for the client to create a delightful space for the kids to access an understairs play area. Our team worked with the client to find a unique way to meet the customer's requirement and create a one-of-a-kind space that is perfect for a family with kids. The kitchen incorporates a custom white hood and a farmhouse sink with a Rohl faucet. This kitchen is a delightful space that combines style, functionality, and customized features for a show stopping space at the center of this home.
