Inspiration for a small mid-century modern white two-story concrete fiberboard flat roof remodel in Austin

This handcrafted chair features a classic curved back, neatly finished all-over custom upholstery and a smooth 360-degree swivel. The hardwood frame is upholstered in your choice of rich fabric over high-density foam for all-over comfort. The reversible cushion has high-density foam fill wrapped with feathers and down, all on an eight-way hand-tied spring suspension for a truly comfortable sit.

The design solution was to create a natural dry stream bed at the bottom of the slope to catch water run-off and direct it to an existing pond (out of view to right). Stepping stones were incorporated into the lawn to provide dry footing. A mix of perennials, shrubs and trees complete the scene. The masses of hardy geranium 'Karmina' echo the the Rhododendron blooms.

AFTER: BAR | We completely redesigned the bar structure by opening it up. It was previously closed on one side so we wanted to be able to walk through to the living room. We created a floor to ceiling split vase accent wall behind the bar to give the room some texture and break up the white walls.
