"Perfection" is the only way you can describe this Bath sanctuary.
Owners of this prominent estate home were tired of their master bathroom and wanted major changes to this space.
They wanted a Master suite with high end Spa look, marble floors and walls, large shower, open space, private commode area, his and hers vanities, and lots of upscale amenities.
The master bedroom, and adjacent seating room need upgrading as well.
Our staff has suggested a large double door entrance to enter this master suite, new lighting throughout, eliminating columns and partition walls and adding coffer ceiling, built ins surrounding new fireplace and marble hearts.
The old window was replaced, a much bigger eyebrow picture window and couple casement side flange given a magnificent view of scenic backyard
The old bathroom was totally gutted, opened closed shower area to a large walk in stall with built in bench and frameless glass, state of art shower system all part of new amenities
An upscale free-standing tub surrounded with marble floors and walls.
To create their individual spaces, now they have high end vanities with built ins, framed mirrors and marble counter tops,
His and hers custom closet system have lots of organized space, and new wood floors to match rest of master suite space.
Picture perfect is what this sanctuary spa feels like for couple and they can't be any happier to retire to this space at the end of each busy day.

Silverton Custom Homes, based out of Austin Tx, is very proud to be 2013 co- Southern Living Builder of the Year. This home, built on Lake Travis, is the result of the collaborative work of Silverton Custom Homes, Home Front Design, Heather Scott Design and Geschke Group Architecture. This award-winning home strikes the right balance of casual-elegance. The exterior is timeless, but the interior is unique and fresh. It has been described as a Texas marriage between beach and barn, if the barn was in the French countryside and the beach was in the Hamptons.

The beautiful custom bookcase, designed by Studioteka and expertly built by Capri, is in! It’s hard to describe the velvety smooth finish in words, so soft to the touch and seamlessly perfect, the white bookcase will serve as a backdrop for our client’s art books, monographs, and one prized artwork, around which the piece was designed. Our integrated finger pull, designed specifically for this client and based on the measurements of her hands, can be seen in the closed storage, anchoring the piece below. Elegant feet give the piece a slight lift, allowing it to almost hover, while a hidden boxed out area below eliminates the need to rescue cat toys from underneath. No stone was left unturned on this fantastic project, which we’ve developed with a lot of love. Stay tuned for more updates as we push towards the finish line!

Sprawling and luxurious are only a few of the words that come to mind when describing The San Martino. This rambling hillside-walkout estate is bursting with spacious common rooms and thoughtful private spaces. European elements adorn the exterior, while a three-car garage promotes convenience. Inside, a more than generous great room features a wall of windows to showcase impressive views. Nearby, a large kitchen and breakfast room boast ample sitting and countertop space, not to mention an adjacent octagonal sunroom with fireplace.

Two phases completed in 2020 & 2021 included kitchen and primary bath remodels. Bright, light, fresh and simple describe these beautiful spaces fit just for our clients.
The primary bath was a fun project to complete. A few must haves for this space were a place to incorporate the Peloton, more functional storage and a welcoming showering/bathing area.
The space was primarily left in the same configuration, but we were able to make it much more welcoming and efficient. The walk in shower has a small bench for storing large bottles and works as a perch for shaving legs. The entrance is doorless and allows for a nice open experience + the pebbled shower floor. The freestanding tub took the place of a huge built in tub deck creating a prefect space for Peleton next to the vanity. The vanity was freshened up with equal spacing for the dual sinks, a custom corner cabinet to house supplies and a charging station for sonicares and shaver. Lastly, the corner by the closet door was underutilized and we placed a storage chest w/ quartz countertop there.
The overall space included freshening up the paint/millwork in the primary bedroom.

Very Special Pool, lower pool, spa, waterfalls, cabanas, slide, landscape, private fire features, wine room, expansive multi lot home, multi tier elevation, a picture worth a thousand words cant describe the feeling of this project in person, just simply stunning and spectacular!

Five stars isn’t enough! Our project was to reconfigure and update the main floor of a house we recently purchased that was built in 1961. We wanted to maintain some of the unique feeling it originally had but bring it up-to-date and eliminate the closed-in rooms and downright weird layout that was the result of multiple, partial remodeling projects. We began with a long wishlist of changes which also required replacement of very antiquated plumbing, electrical wiring and HVAC. We even found a fireplace that had been walled in and needed major re-construction. Many other aspects and details on this incredible list we made included an all new kitchen layout, converting a bedroom into a master closet, adding new half-bath, completely rebuilding the master bath, and adding stone, tile and custom built cabinetry. Our design plans included many fixtures and details that we specified and required professional installation and careful handling. Innovative helped us make reasonable decisions. Their skilled staff took us through a design process that made sense. There were many questions and all were answered with sincere conversation and positive – innovation – on how we could achieve our goals. Innovative provided us with professional consultants, who listened and were courteous and creative, with solid knowledge and informative judgement. When they didn’t have an answer, they did the research. They developed a comprehensive project plan that exceeded our expectations. Every item on our long list was checked-off. All agreed on work was fulfilled and they completed all this in just under four months. Innovative took care of putting together a team of skilled professional specialists who were all dedicated to make everything right. Engineering, construction, supervision, and I cannot even begin to describe how much thanks we have for the demolition crew! Our multiple, detailed project designs from Raul and professional design advice from Mindy and the connections she recommended are all of the best quality. Diego Jr., Trevor and his team kept everything on track and neat and tidy every single day and Diego Sr., Mark, Ismael, Albert, Santiago and team are true craftsmen who follow-up and make the most minuscule woodworking details perfect. The cabinets by Tim and electrical work and installation of fixtures by Kemchan Harrilal-BB and Navindra Doolratram, and Augustine and his crew on tile and stone work – all perfection. Aisling and the office crew were always responsive to our calls and requests. And of course Clark and Eric who oversaw everything and gave us the best of the best! Apologies if we didn’t get everyone on this list – you’re all great! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We can’t thank you enough Innovative Construction – we kind of want to do it again!

Stunning modern details describe this ranch home beginning with its charming transitional exterior of perfectly complimentary brick and stone, mahogany wood and glass entry double doors. Beautiful ceiling trays and coffers with clean molding lines accentuate the completely open concept main living area, providing a welcoming space for entertaining within the bar, great room, kitchen, and dining areas. The generously sized master retreat includes a spa like bath and custom-tailored walk in closet. The covered back porch extending from the great room is well equipped with a flat screen tv, gas grill and inviting covered outdoor seating for relaxation.

Entering into this kitchen you get a feeling of spaciousness, even though it is only 9' wide . Light, bright and airy would best describe this kitchen, with a hint of warmth and history.

As part of an interior remoderning (yep, a made up word for modern remodel) this section of the living room is home to the TV, some serious AV and inspired furnishings. Each element boldly stays in its own lane while simultaneously merging with to tell the story. Affectionately referred to as The Records Cabinet, a custom crafted barmoire (yep, better describes the cabinet) is a masterpiece. The circle motif like full silver moons - or platinum records - counterbalance the angles of the room and of the furniture. Without coincidence there are silver full moons in the most sentimental artwork in this family home.

Delightful, unique, comfortable will describe this beautiful sofa with four 100% feather filled pillows with textured fabric. This beautiful piece of furniture will comfortably sit two to three people. It features gimp trimming accents, bisque color upholstery and track arms ending in block style legs, making this stunning piece the perfect addition to your living room.

With a few more finishing touches to add, this kitchen is well on its way to being the place to prepare the best meals! The extra strong range hood is a 'Chinese' style fan as described by my clients.

Gracious, Inviting, Beautiful, Sparkling, Lighthearted... These are but a few words to describe our Lantana client. Perhaps she has always exuded this Joie de Vivre - or perhaps life's experiences have taught her the importance of cherishing every moment.
Either way one thing is clear, our client's previous home did not ECHO her personality - and in order to do so it needed to undergo a major Metamorphosis.
Our goal for this transformation was to redesign her space so that the end result would be characterized by these qualities: Light, Classic, Natural, Texture, Unexpected, Inviting.
If this sounds a bit like the woman herself well...that's the whole idea.

Modern farmhouse describes this open concept, light and airy ranch home with modern and rustic touches. Precisely positioned on a large lot the owners enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the back left corner of the property with no direct sunlight entering the 14’x7’ window in the front of the home. After living in a dark home for many years, large windows were definitely on their wish list. Three generous sliding glass doors encompass the kitchen, living and great room overlooking the adjacent horse farm and backyard pond. A rustic hickory mantle from an old Ohio barn graces the fireplace with grey stone and a limestone hearth. Rustic brick with scraped mortar adds an unpolished feel to a beautiful built-in buffet.

The word gourmet is described as a person with a discernible palate. This kitchen renovation was brought to life with aspects every gourmet could love: ample cabinetry, lighting, and a quiet nook that gives an air of grace. You don’t have to be a fantastic cook to enjoy a kitchen this fashionable, though. The storage options alone makes this design a winner when it comes to utilizing space and appeasing the product junkie in us all.

Just one word describes this home...WOW! Tastefully designed and decorated, anyone would feel right at home here. The large eat-in double island with granite on upper island and Hanstone Sandcastle quartz on the lower level. Off the kitchen is a laundry room that showcases Cambria Torquay quartz countertops. The master vanity has countertops of Cambria New Quay. Other vanities feature Cambria Minera, Cambria Devon, and Cardiff Cream.

Expansive, fresh, colorful, playful, classic, and stunning are all words that can be used to describe this one of a kind Shrock Premier Custom Construction Estate. It's thoughtful design offers additional family living quarters connected by a walkway . And check out the unique slide feature next to the formal staircase: simply proof that formal and fun can go together beautifully! www.shrockpremier.com

“Domestic bliss” is how one client described our design. Apparently, thoughtful design can double as therapy. This urban loft transformation did it for them.

Client wanted to update her childhood home bringing in a contemporary style while mixing in some cherished heirloom pieces. Her style was described as comfortable, yet elegant. She wanted a beautiful place that her most precious furry family members would be welcome.

When used to describe interior design, zen refers to bringing peace, relaxation, and harmony.
A bathroom is a natural choice for zen style as it is a room in which it’s important to be comfortable and relaxed. That’s likely why many top destination spas use zen-inspired style to pamper their clients.
