The shower was leaking into wall and desperately needed to be freshened up. Now, their fixtures and hardware match throughout the bathroom and they have the space to enjoy their bathroom.

The home was built in the early 1920’s , and remodeled in the 1970s. It desperately cried to bring it back to its original century. We pulled out the old tub/shower combo and installed beautiful clawfoot tubs with a nice wainscot tile that really helped bring the crisp style to light.

Our new clients lived in a charming Spanish-style house in the historic Larchmont area of Los Angeles. Their kitchen, which was obviously added later, was devoid of style and desperately needed a makeover. While they wanted the latest in appliances they did want their new kitchen to go with the style of their house. The en trend choices of patterned floor tile and blue cabinets were the catalysts for pulling the whole look together.

Beautiful new wood cabinets, a slate-look floor and gorgeous quartz countertops give this midcentury modern kitchen a sleek, modern look and add tons more desperately needed storage.

This Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet. Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space. The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.

Originally built in 1948, this house and yard was in desperate need of a makeover. It still had the original cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. We opened up a few walls, removed a fireplace and chimney, and updated the entire home. We also remodeled the 2-car detached garage guest house. Overall, the homeowners chose a more contemporary design with energy efficient appliances and landscaping.

This smaller family home was in desperate need of a new identity and a master suite addition. We updated the whole aesthetic of the home and offered the owner several options for the new addition's exterior design. The addition also adds a large deck that is shaded from the harsh Western sun in the evenings.

This cozy Drumheller Spring home is typical of many older small homes in Northwest Spokane. It was in desperate need of some home improvements, a full gut and reworking of the floor plan. We guided our clients through this project to take advantage of every square inch for their growing family. This Full kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation gave new life to this 1906 house.

These custom, built-in shelves were designed and built by Steve's Jobs. Our client had collected a lot of books, photos and artifacts on her various trips abroad, but was desperately short of storage space. She wanted a custom solution that provided storage, but also effectively utilized the available space, and allowed her to display her items.

This compact, urban backyard was in desperate need of privacy. We created a series of outdoor rooms, privacy screens, and lush plantings all with an Asian-inspired design sense. Elements include a covered outdoor lounge room, sun decks, rock gardens, shade garden, evergreen plant screens, and raised boardwalk to connect the various outdoor spaces. The finished space feels like a true backyard oasis.
