The large prep surface and sink on the island give an area for multiple people to work in the kitchen. The island is made up of a diagonal corner lazy susan with functional doors on each end providing both parties access to the appliances inside without being in anyone's way. By moving the back wall out 3 feet into the backyard overlooking the pool, and recessing the refrigerator into an existing wall, we were able to create for this family an expansive kitchen with a grand size island that is perfect for gathering with family and friends. This kitchen features: Brookhaven I cabinets in Edgemont Recessed Square with matching drawer head; kitchen perimeter is Nordic White on maple; island and butler's pantry are Vintage Slate (paint with glaze) on maple; Super White quartzite countertops; backsplash is Royal Rope mosaic tile in Bardiglio Marble and white Carrera marble.

This was a new construction kitchen. The family wanted white cabinets with a bit of a farmhouse feel.

The classic white color palate combines chrome fixtures and black iron lighting to create a traditional bath with farmhouse accents. White marble and white subway tile are both elegant and timeless. The free standing tub with iron lighting above is an inviting focal point of the room. The extra large shower also boasts a drying area and towel warmer.
