Drip irrigation using either Dura-Flo Jr. ¼" dripperline or Dig ¼" dripline with 6" spacing to irrigate the 8' x 4' raised vegetable beds. I have had the best success with this type of irrigation in my vegetable bed installations.

We replaced an old an tired bathroom in Platte Park with antique inspired finishes to liven it up. The shower is 3x6" subway tile with carrera sills in the niches. The top is adorned with an artful arch to reflect a similar one in the living room. The floor is heated carrera marble 2x2" mosaic with a 4" border. The wainscot is more subway with a carrera sill. The fixtures are all chrome, from the Delta Victorian collection.

From entertaining friends and family on over 1,000 square feet of Techo-Bloc patio. To a cozy evening in front of the fireplace with the game on, this project was designed for years of enjoyment & memories. This backyard has it all! Outdoor kitchen, pergola, landscape lighting and fireplace!

This is an example of a tropical side yard stone garden path in Charleston.

Lagoon-side property in the Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA. Entertaining and enjoying the views were a primary design goal for this project. The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings. I also used Dymondia ground cover to create a natural pathways within the garden. This project was just completed. More photos will be included in Spring when the plantings fill in. To gain more usable space in this narrow landscape and update the hardscaping and overgrown garden, my design reconfigured the pathway with poured-in-place concrete pavers accented by Mexican pebbles along with a stunning variety of succulents and other site-appropriate planting that thrive in shade and part sun. We removed the tree to create a patio area large enough to fit a table and chairs for a small group. Non-invasive/clumping Bamboo and vines were added to help screen the patio and provide privacy. Other shade to part-shade plants were included that provide a variety of textures and colors throughout the seasons. And low-voltage lighting was installed for safety and ambiance. The front areas of this landscape in Bel Marin Keys, Novato, were transformed from a tired, water thirsty-lawn into a contemporary setting with dramatic concrete pavers leading to the home's entrance.
