After initial explorations, it was clear that the home's layout had to flip while also creating a more pronounced entry for the home's trick or treaters, which number in the thousands every Halloween.
The result now allows for an amazing master suite, a killer great room capped with a double island kitchen on one end and an enviable wine display room on the other, and a high-end library and dining room built around a gorgeous existing fireplace, along with a two en-suite bedrooms, a home office, and a dedicated gym.
