Modest kitchen remodeled for a drastic change under 36K. We renovated this kitchen from top to bottom. New tile floors, cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash tile. The new Fabuwood Cabinetry in the Nexus door style with Frost finish gave the new kitchen a clean bright look. The granite countertops are Andino White with a large stainless steel single bowl sink. The great backsplash tile is Sonoma Tile In Stellar Picket Fence Bevel which added an individuality to the design as well as tie all the colors and tones together.

Spanish meets modern in this Dallas spec home. A unique carved paneled front door sets the tone for this well blended home. Mixing the two architectural styles kept this home current but filled with character and charm.

Designed by Reico Kitchen & Bath in King of Prussia, PA this traditional kitchen design features kitchen cabinets from Ultracraft Cabinetry in the Charlotte 5 piece door style in a Melted Brie painted finish. Kitchen countertops are granite in the color Persa Avorio. Kitchen appliances are KitchenAid, Kitchen tile backsplash is Sonoma Stellar Daydream Crackled 3x9. While this was an unplanned remodel due to a water leak, it became an opportunity for the clients to design their dream kitchen. According to the client, "We adore our new kitchen!"

Love the variation in this tile from Sonoma tileworks! This client wanted a warm kitchen without any gray. The countertops have a warm veining pattern to go with the brown wood tones and we added some rustic/industrial details to make it feel like the client's mountain cabin.

In this 1905 Tudor home, the intent of this design was to take advantage of the classic architecture of the home and incorporate modern conveniences.
Located in the Joseph Berry Subdivision in Detroit, this stellar home presented several design challenges. The most difficult challenge to overcome was the 11” slope from one end of the kitchen to the other, caused by 110 years of settling. All new floor joists were installed and the floor by the side door was then recessed down one step. This created a cozy nook when you first enter the kitchen. A tiered ceiling with strategically planned cabinetry heights and crown molding concealed the slope of the walls at the ceiling level.
The second challenge in this historic home was the awkward foot print of the kitchen. It’s likely that this kitchen had a butler’s pantry originally. However it was remodeled sometime in the 70’s and all original character was erased. Clever pantry storage was added to an awkward corner creating a space that mimicked the essence of a butler’s pantry, while providing storage desired in kitchens today.
Keeping the large footprint of the kitchen presented obstacles with the working triangle; the distance from the sink to the cooktop is several feet. The solution was installation of a pot filler over the cooktop that added convenience and elegance (not sure about this word). Not everything in this project was a challenge; the discovery of a brick chimney hiding behind plaster was a welcome surprise and brought character back honoring the historic charm of this beautiful home.

Stellar views and natural light embrace this Reynold's Mountain home throughout. Anigre wood in three custom colors create art in the form of simple, slab doors in both the kitchen and bar areas. The tall peninsula of cabinetry defines the kitchen and adjacent hall, while the stone and wood island serves as the centerpiece extraordinaire. Both trendy and timeless, this kitchen exudes the best of what is new with traditional functionality in every way.

The lights and the paint color really set off the Stellar Snow Silestone countertop. The peninsula provides a great prep space and some extra seating.

This kitchen was transformed from a 1960s era design to a contemporary, sleek, modern design with clean lines and easy-to-maintain surfaces. This photo highlights the Silestone counter in Blanco Stellar that includes flashes of sparkling crystals. Island base cabinets are DuraSupreme, Ava door style in walnut. Original fireplace was painted white and mantle was topped with same Silestone surface as the counter to retain a uniform look. Outlet strip added under island end to eliminate cutting into cabinets.
