The end result? A beautifully curated kitchen that seamlessly blends form and function based on the clients’ vision. Additionally, we installed LVT flooring, which combines the beauty of wood grain with the practicality of easy maintenance for our clients. Every detail, from the thoughtfully placed pendant lighting to the functional layout of the cabinetry, enhances the kitchen’s usability and charm.

Kitchen & Breakfast Room This kitchen renovation balances timeless design with expressive, nature-inspired details—a hallmark of our custom design-build homes. A blue marble mosaic backsplash adds visual interest without overwhelming the space, while glass-front cabinetry keeps the room feeling open and airy. Warm wood cabinetry and consistent finishes create continuity throughout the home, reinforced by brass hardware, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. The breakfast room pendant introduces a sculptural element that echoes floral and organic forms—proof that even everyday spaces can feel thoughtfully designed. With generous prep areas, ample storage, and seamless flow, this kitchen supports both daily living and effortless entertaining.

The SOLSTICE is a fixed screen or sun shade system that offers extreme flexibility to cover various outdoor space openings. The SOLSTICE is the ideal system to cover both standard and unique opening sizes and shapes. It is designed to protect you from surrounding elements and can be combined with all motorized Exosysteme systems to create a highly homogeneous and consistent look and feel.

This design highlights the contrast of texture and color and compliments the idea of form. Flagstone are used to create bright patterns on the ground which contrast the vertical paving of the garden. Plants were carefully selected to help enforce the idea of form that contrast the hardscapes in color, but embrace the sculptural looks of the garden. The upper deck of the garden consist of three elements: Fire pit, pool with raised Jacuzzi and a granite counter. Palm trees surround the fire pit seating area which calms the mood of users as the witness the fire and palm feathers sway. The pool is designed with a raised Jacuzzi which spills out into the pool creating a beautiful water feature. Citrus trees circles the counter area which provides a sweet smell making users hungry for something delicious.

In the summer of 2012 we embarked on a remodel of our 1912 Craftsman. We wanted to redo the kitchen and the upper floor which contained the master bedroom, bathroom, guest room and office. We interviewed approximately 5 other architects prior to finding Mark. We knew right away he was the right person for the job. He was patient, thorough and we could tell he truly loved our home and wanted to work with us to make it even better. His vast experience showed through during the interview process which validated his portfolio. Mark truly became a trusted advisor who would guide us through this remodel process from beginning to end. His planning was precise and he came by many times to re-measure to get every detail accounted for. He was patient and helpful as we made decisions and then changed our minds! He was with us every week of the 10 weeks of the remodel. He attended each weekly meeting with the General Contractor and was at the house numerous other times guiding and really looking out for our best interests. I came to trust him enough to ask his opinion on almost everything from layout to colors and decorating tips! He consistently threw out ideas....many of which we took. Additionally Mark was a tremendous help in referring us to contractors, designers, and retailers to help us along the way. I am ecstatic over the results of the remodel. The kitchen and bath are truly beautiful and full of modern conveniences while maintaining the integrity of the 1912 structure. We were right about our decision to hire Mark and we wholehearted recommend him as an outstanding architect, and more!!

This comprehensive backyard remodel showcases a transformation into a luxurious, modern outdoor retreat. The centerpiece of the project is the replastered pool and spa, now revitalized with a fresh, smooth finish that enhances both aesthetic appeal and durability. Surrounding the water features, new pour-in-place concrete coping has been installed, offering clean lines and a cohesive look that elevates the overall design. The outdoor kitchen has been fully remodeled, featuring a striking granite countertop that blends seamlessly with white smooth stucco finishes for a crisp, contemporary appearance. This space is now perfectly suited for both casual grilling and upscale entertaining. Adjacent to the pool, custom pour-in-place concrete steps and a bench-integrated firepit create a functional yet elegant gathering space. Both the bench and the firepit are finished with matching white smooth stucco, ensuring consistency in design. The firepit is uniquely integrated with a cascading waterfall, combining elemental contrast and soothing ambiance. Flagstone flooring and steps have been upgraded to premium upscale tile, offering improved durability, ease of maintenance, and a modernized aesthetic that complements the new finishes throughout the space. Overall, this backyard remodel harmoniously blends contemporary design with functional luxury, creating an inviting outdoor environment for relaxation, entertainment, and enjoyment.

This project is proof again that even if your space has some kooky architecture, it's possible to get a clean and calm effect. Nothing about this large bathroom is 90 degrees: the walls angle and above the tub is a partially lofted octagonal ceiling. For the remodel, we conscientiously designed architectural elements and finishes to counter all that business. Walls now blend into both ceiling and the ground color of the tile. Tile is all rectangular and a consistent tone, and we made sure tile lines were continuous around the space. Fixture finishes match throughout (which we don't always do!). Transitioning from this before to this after was about more than stripping wallpaper and upgrading fixtures and finishes. Nothing like a good challenging space to keep us on our toes! VILLA THEA is divine place for a luxury life on Zakynthos Island. Designed by architect Lucy Lago. The philosophy of the project is to find a balance between the architectural design and the environment. The villa has flowing natural forms, subtle curves in every line. Despite the construction of the building, the villa seems to float on the expanse of the mountain hill of the Keri region. The smoothness of the forms can be traced throughout the project, from the functional solution on the plan and ending with the terraces and the pool around the villa. This project has style and identity. The villa will be an expensive piece of jewelry placed in the vastness of nature. The architectural uniqueness and originality will make villa Thea special in the architectural portfolio of the whole world. Combining futurism with naturism is a step into the future. The use of modern technologies, ecological construction methods put the villa one step higher, and its significance is greater. It is possible to create the motives of nature and in the same time to touch the space theme on the Earth. Villa consists by open living, dining and kitchen area, 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, gym, cellar, storage, big swimming pool, garden and parking areas. The interior of the villa is one piece with the entire architectural project designed by Lucy Lago. Organic shapes and curved, flowing lines are part of the space. For the interior, selected white, light shades, glass and reflective surfaces. All attention is directed to the panoramic sea view from the window. Beauty in every single detail, special attention to natural and artificial light. Green plants are the accents of the interior and remind us that we are on the wonderful island of Zakynthos.

The backbone of the entire design is the multilevel paver system — installed using Belgard pavers, the professional-grade hardscape brand trusted by premium landscape contractors across North America for their durability, freeze-thaw resistance, and the quality of their surface and color consistency. Belgard pavers were selected for this project because this backyard needed to perform at the highest level — aesthetically and structurally — through Utah's demanding seasonal range. The multilevel layout creates distinct zones at different grades: an upper entertaining level, a main patio zone, and the sunken spa level below. Each level transitions to the next through precisely constructed steps and retaining wall elements, all in the same Belgard material palette, creating visual continuity across the full space. As a CMHA-certified contractor in pavers, Chopper Landscaping's paver installation standards go beyond surface appearance. Base preparation, drainage engineering, edge restraint specification, and compaction standards ensure that the Belgard paver system performs for decades — not just looks good on installation day.

This modern transitional kitchen was completed by The Cabination, featuring navy blue cabinets with clean lines and thoughtfully designed storage solutions. The project highlights full-height cabinetry, integrated storage details, and a balanced layout that combines everyday functionality with a refined, timeless look. Thoughtful elements such as drawer organization, soft-close hardware, and consistent cabinet finishes help create a cohesive and practical kitchen space. The Cabination specializes in online RTA cabinets designed for easy installation, long-term durability, and modern living.

The room really lights up with the new look. DalTile makes a big statement with 12x24 tiles throughout the bathroom with their Fabrique tile. The color Noir Linen was used on the floor of the shower and the main space, while Blanc Linen was used to surround the shower walls. Glazzio tile was used at the accent in this shower with their Aquatica Series in Grey Scale. You'll also notice a creative Schluter linear drain along the wet side of the shower. Other projects in this room consisted of the built-in linen shelves as well as the homeowners use for the former shower area with a vintage dresser. All these elements came together nicely with the vanity, trim, and toilet that were already there.

The primary bathroom was reconfigured to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower with a full-sized niche, featuring a unique glass opening that allows visual continuity with the rest of the bathroom. Adjacent to the shower is a free-standing soaking tub. A sleek custom pocket shelving unit adds a minimalistic and modern vibe. Sahara Ecru Pressed Field Tiles from Bedrosians are consistently used throughout the bathroom, enveloping the space in earthy tones for a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The vanity, made of solid acacia wood, echoes the kitchen's countertops, unifying the design theme across both spaces.
