Mountain Peek is a custom residence located within the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. The layout of the home was heavily influenced by the site. Instead of building up vertically the floor plan reaches out horizontally with slight elevations between different spaces. This allowed for beautiful views from every space and also gave us the ability to play with roof heights for each individual space. This custom Artisan glass home elevator in a powder coated gold finish was designed to fit in a very tight stairwell where no other elevator would fit. This elevator was custom designed by our designers/engineers in our New York office and installed by Nationwide Lifts of Chicago, IL. Wonderful job Casey, Nelly and Steven!

The Visilift Octagonal home elevator by Nationwide Lifts was seamlessly retrofitted into this lovely contemporary home when no other elevator in the industry could. This home elevator takes up a small footprint, did not require a pit and quietly serves all three levels of the home. The 360-degree glass hoistway keeps the foyer and loft area light and airy while adding to the home’s gracefully modern decor.

This striking glass elevator is proof it is never too late to make your home accessible. The elevator tower was added to the exterior of this multistory house to provide access to all five levels. The combination of the tower’s windows and the windows incorporated into the elevator’s cab lets natural light shine into the home while ensuring the gorgeous view of the private, woodland backyard is never obstructed. This home elevator project was a true marvel that allows the homeowners to age in place and enjoy their beautiful woodland oasis home for many years to come.
