The room has some fabric wrapped acoustic panels to help with noise control and the screen wall is covered with black fabric acoustic panels to help enhance your viewing pleasure. A great place to relax and watch your favorite movies or enjoy any sports games.

Inspired by the vivid tones of the surrounding waterways, we created a calming sanctuary. The grand, multi-story entry required us to define areas for greeting, staircase and sitting that were cohesive with overall design. Oversized chandelier's and art were used to enhance the soaring ceilings. The thread of the teal color weaves from room to room as a constant reminder of the beauty surrounding the home. Inspiration for a coastal gray floor, single-sink and shiplap wall bathroom remodel in Charlotte with recessed-panel cabinets, white cabinets, white walls, a vessel sink, white countertops and a freestanding vanity

The goal of the client was to have a basement getaway like no other. In addition to their authentic Irish Pub (imported from Ireland) & classic billiard/poker area, they wanted a place that they to gather and watch multiple football games and the occasional movie in luxury while still keeping the pub atmosphere. After meeting with the client, we designed a media retreat that met the homeowners expectations for a getaway that was easy to use and enhanced their decor. We installed an 84" Ultra-HD 4K flat panel, flanked by 2 65" High Definition displays, each can display a different game and switch displays on the fly. The system is controlled by a Crestron Control system as well as the multiple zones of audio through-out the basement and the outside pool area. The Crestron is controlled by the client easily using an iPad with icon driven interface custom programmed by Georgia Home Theater. For this project we converted an old ranch house into a truly unique boat house overlooking the Lagoon. Our renovation consisted of adding a second story, complete with a roof deck and converting a three car garage into a game room, pool house and overall entertainment room. The concept was to modernize the existing home into a bright, inviting vacation home that the family would enjoy for generations to come. Both porches on the upper and lower level are spacious and have cable railing to enhance the stunning view of the Lagoon.

The ultimate hangout space is complete with a wet bar, pool table, and an array of golf memorabilia. Enhanced by the brick backsplash, exposed wood beams, and the sliding barn door, this space achieves a blend of refined sophistication and rustic charm.

Our client greatly enjoyed their natural setting, and our master plan was built on preserving its character. We wanted to enhance the juxtaposition of rigid clarity of the rectilinear house with the highly organic, natural features of the site. Striking a balance between the man-made and the natural is always in our minds, as we seek subtle ways of stitching orthogonal lines into an otherwise organic setting. The Petanque court is the key element in transforming the untamed rear yard. The court is slightly cut into a slope and parallels the predominant site contours; softening grade change making the yard more useable, while lessening its impact on the topography. The moment where this really came together was when we decided to reuse the old-balcony wood to create a new boardwalk that runs the length of the court, and provides seating for players.
