Office cabinetry features textured woodgrain laminates in contrasting colors. Counter top features fingerprintless technology in a super matte finish. All cabinetry includes file drawers, pull out paper shredder and desk item storage. Accent lighting enhances day and night time viewing pleasure.

This project repurposed a plain white closet into a convenient and dry bar cabinet that nails that modern look with its sophisticated warm black color. With elongated hexagon mirrors in the backsplash, light strips in the corners, and light beaming from the design, the lighting effect appears as if it is naturally well-lit. Modern style always requests sleek, current details, like a finger pull drawer. This Sleek Modern Dry Bar has a built-in fridge and drawers perfect for the wine setup. Last but not least, we also converted the door beside the sleek modern dry bar to a modern design accentuated by a glass. Door trims were removed, and we painted the door's jambs with warm black color that matches the modern dry bar awesomely, enhancing the sleek and modern look even further.

Overhead modern lighting above the pool table adds both style and functionality, ensuring the playing area is well-lit while enhancing the room's contemporary aesthetic.

A desire for a more modern and zen-like environment in a historical, turn of the century stone and stucco house was the drive and challenge for this sophisticated Siemasko + Verbridge Interiors project. Along with a fresh color palette, new furniture is woven with antiques, books, and artwork to enliven the space. Carefully selected finishes enhance the openness of the glass pool structure, without competing with the grand ocean views. Thoughtfully designed cabinetry and family friendly furnishings, including a kitchenette, billiard area, and home theater, were designed for both kids and adults.

Designed by architect Bing Hu, this modern open-plan home has sweeping views of Desert Mountain from every room. The high ceilings, large windows and pocketing doors create an airy feeling and the patios are an extension of the indoor spaces. The warm tones of the limestone floors and wood ceilings are enhanced by the soft colors in the Donghia furniture. The walls are hand-trowelled venetian plaster or stacked stone. The front elevation of the home was enhanced by redesigning the front porte cachere and changing the exterior from brick to Leuders Limestone with appointed cast stone details. A pattern concrete circular driveway with sandstone borders was built to create an entrance to the property. A two story addition was built for the master suite and upstairs game area which is enclosed with limestone walls and beautifully landscaped.

The neutral family room has pops of blue and coral, enhancing the gray pallet. Floor to ceiling draperies and the art piece over the fireplace draw the eye upward with the high ceiling. Adding lighted floating shelves grounds the fireplace and gives us a modern look for displaying beautiful object.

The upper-level media/family room offers a cozy retreat with plush seating, a large-screen TV, and built-in storage for games and entertainment. Warm wood accents and soft textiles create a relaxed vibe, while ample natural light enhances the inviting space, making it the perfect hangout for bunkroom guests.
