This room started as an empty playroom for the kids filled with Thomas the Train and puzzles, but my clients reclaimed the space for their sophisticated and organic inspired living room! A calm palette of beige, cream and sage was accented with dark woods and warm brass tones. Leaves, flowers, burlap and moss infused the space with natural elements.

For this project, our client came to us looking for a full-service company to build a custom, high-efficient new home with minimal exterior maintenance. In order to achieve this, we used a different medium of product, including split-faced concrete block to natural cedar siding, both of which require zero maintenance. The design throughout was congruent with the contemporary farmhouse aesthetic and highly-efficient goal of the client and adhering to the energy standards of Efficiency Vermont. A few of the features included a finished concrete floor, a cutting-edge wood-fired boiler system to efficiently heat the home.

next project previous project In the historic community of Casa Blanca in Paradise Valley sits this beautiful and simplistic garden--one that is both secluded and peaceful due to its walled-in enclosures. The elegant foliage palette harmonizes outdoor living at its finest. Cast concrete slabs set the rhythm for the space while succulents and trailing herbs sneak through the hardscape breaks. The sense of privacy and calm created by the vined walls is unparalleled, especially when juxtaposed with the uplifting color from the fields of flax surrounding this truly unique secret garden in the Sonoran Desert.

This master bathroom is so luxurious and beautifully designed. Gorgeous White Onyx polished tiles are carried up the wall to the full height of the shower, that also surround the free-standing tub leading the eye upwards to the elegant crystal chandelier. Residential space in North Park's newest building by Jeff Svitak. Space was decorated for a couple who support local artists and love music. We started with a soft velvet sofa (color: moss) that instantly softened this large concrete space. While working around this sofa, we came across the walnut furniture set - it blended right in with the earthy feel we were going for. Plants have a power of bringing any space to life so we added the intertwining money tree and a soft green tree (supposed to be a fast grower). Once the furnishings were in, we added the artwork - a final touch to make this space a client's home. photo - Hale Productions
