This client opted to NOT have her builder install the typical wire shelving. Great idea! We were able to maximize the space of this narrow closet by doing all of the hanging on one side and all shelving / drawers on the opposite side. Now, when she puts all of her clothing in... it will not feel as narrow. She can enjoy having everything grouped together and nicely organized.

A soothing palette of grey, taupe and light blue accents with plenty of texture was what this master bedroom needed to provide a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the outdoor scenery or enjoy a good night's rest.

A new home can be beautiful, yet lack soul. For a family with exquisite taste, and a love of the artisan and bespoke, LiLu created a layered palette of furnishings that express each family member’s personality and values. One child, who loves Jackson Pollock, received a window seat from which to enjoy the ceiling’s lively splatter wallpaper. The other child, a young gentleman, has a navy tweed upholstered headboard and plaid club chair with leather ottoman. Elsewhere, sustainably sourced items have provenance and meaning, including a LiLu-designed powder-room vanity with marble top, a Dunes and Duchess table, Italian drapery with beautiful trimmings, Galbraith & Panel wallcoverings, and a bubble table. This cottage on Delavan Lake, Wis. was transformed! We added a 2nd story bedroom, porch, patio and screened-in porch. The homeowners have plenty of space to entertain while enjoying the outdoors and views of the lake.

In the West, the premier private destination for world-class skiing is Yellowstone Club. The McKenna Mountain Retreat is owned by a family who loves the outdoors, whether it’s skiing the ‘Private Powder’ at YC, or fly fishing any of the nearby trout rivers. With grown children, they wanted a home that would be a place they could all gather comfortably, pursue their favorite activities together, and enjoy the beauty of their surroundings. Encircled by lodgepole pines, they also benefit for solitude without sacrificing the amenities found at the Club.

The new floor plan offered more privacy for the water closet and cozier area for the round tub. A more spacious shower was created by shrinking the floor plan - by bringing the wall of the former living room entry into the bathroom it created a deeper shower space and the additional depth behind the wall offered deep towel storage. A living plant wall thrives and enjoys the humidity each time the shower is used. An oak wood wall gives a natural ambiance for a relaxing, nature inspired bathroom experience.

This addition redesigned the feel of this backyard! The Covered Patio boasts beautiful stackstone column bases and cedar structure with tongue and groove ceiling. Enhancing this outdoor living and dining space, stamped concrete with curve appeal adds variation from the traditional concrete slab. The Outdoor Kitchen is nestled nicely underneath the patio cover leaving plenty of space for outdoor entertainment. The grill and granite countertops make preparing a meal easy to do while enjoying the gorgeous lake view! The gable roof with high ceiling creates lovely appeal for this outdoor structure.
