Designed using Trex Transcend decking in Lava Rock – a rich reddish-black shade with subtle shading and natural shade variations creating distinctive hardwood-like streaking and intense tropical hues and Trex Transcend decking in Tiki Torch – a warm, earthy shade features rich, reddish-brown hardwood streaking, and is designed to off the look of real tropical hardwoods with slight variations of color and streaking. Additional Trex products featured include Trex Elevations, Trex Reveal railing, Trex Pergola, Trex Outdoor Furniture and Trex Outdoor Lighting – stair riser lights, post cap lights and recessed lights.

An entry area to the home, this family laundry room became a catch-all for coats, bags and shoes. It also served as the laundry hub with a collection of portable drying racks, storage shelves and furniture that did not optimize the available space and layout. The new design made the most of the unique space and delivered an organized and attractive mud and laundry room with bench seating, hooks for hanging jackets and laundry needs, integrated wall drying racks, and lots of convenient storage.

The design of this Parkland, Florida home won a 2018 American Society of Interior Designers Crystal Award and a 2017 American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Design Excellence Award. We won in the Traditional Design category. The ASID Design Excellence Awards recognize outstanding design, creativity, commitment and service throughout the United States. This home and this family was one of my favorites to work and create with. We are designing the second floor in their home as we speak (they needed to take a break to have a baby!) But this six bedroom home in Heron Bay Estates is a beautiful masterpiece. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. This bathroom showcases a modern, elegant design with rich materials and warm accents. The shower features deep blue subway tiles with gold fixtures, creating a luxurious, bold contrast. A glass shower divider gives the space an open feel. The vanity area includes a white countertop and dark wood cabinetry with brass hardware, blending warmth with contemporary sophistication. A large, round mirror hangs over the sink, framed by pendant lights, adding style and functionality. The natural light from the window brightens the space, while a small vase of flowers adds a fresh, organic touch.

this Kitchen is eclectic in style, combination of wood and white, contemporary and traditional. The mosaic tile mural is edge lit with LED lighting strip and adds color and whimsy to an otherwise utilitarian space

Imagine the surprise of LaMantia designer Gina Mazzone, CKD, CBD when she arrived for a first appointment to find this LaGrange Ranch home had two existing kitchens back-to-back. How very unusual! Upon further investigation she also found a “powder room” without a sink. This was just the challenge that Mazzone excels at…and excel she did!
