Teresa & Duane Brunot wanted to update their small 1980's kitchen. With the help of our talented designer, Tracy West, and ideas found on Houzz.com, the Brunot's created their dream kitchen. Our "exceptional crew" was able to bring the design to life with traditional raised panel doors with rope molding and glaze. Countertop selections include Napoli, Rainforest, and Atlantis granite. A custom made mantle was added between the built-in bookshelves. A beautiful wet bar was added to also improve the living space.

"I met Tracy West through a friend of mine. I emailed Tracy and the very next day we had an appointment. We met with Tracy several times before we signed our contract. She never tired of all of our questions, emails, texts and pictures of ideas that we found on Houzz. I've spoken to Brandon O'Hanlon several times and no matter what I asked for, he made a way for it to happen. He is very personable and professional. O'Hanlon Kitchens took our ideas and made it happen. They took my very small 1980's kitchen and turned it into a beautiful open floor plan kitchen. Not only did they do my kitchen, they also replaced my 1980's brick fireplace with a custom mantle (from a picture I found on Houzz) and added built-ins on either side. And it didn't stop there. They also added a wet bar in the room that we like to call the Parlor. I couldn't be happier with my new home. I love coming home and cooking now. I highly recommend Brandon O'Hanlon, Tracy West and their exceptional crew!" Teresa Brunot

All of the furnishings in this Dining Room are custom designed, except for the beautiful Metro chairs, custom upholstered in leather to match the Living Room sofa. While all the furnishings we provided for the rest of the house were contemporary, the client chose to have a "traditional" solid plank table in the Dining Room- a veneer top would not have fared well with their 3 small boys. The leg design of this custom table pushes traditional into modern- the best of Post Modern design.

Brad Haines knows a thing or two about building things. The intensely creative and innovative founder of Oklahoma City-based Haines Capital is the driving force behind numerous successful companies including Bank 7 (NASDAQ BSVN), which proudly reported record year-end earnings since going public in September of last year. He has beautifully built, renovated, and personally thumb printed all of his commercial spaces and residences. “Our theory is to keep things sophisticated but comfortable,” Brad says.
That’s the exact approach he took in his personal haven in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma. Painstakingly renovated over the span of two years by Candeleria Foster Design-Build of Oklahoma City, his home boasts museum-white, authentic Venetian plaster walls and ceilings; charcoal tiled flooring; imported marble in the master bath; and a pretty kitchen you’ll want to emulate.
Reminiscent of an edgy luxury hotel, it is a vibe conjured by Cantoni designer Nicole George. “The new remodel plan was all about opening up the space and layering monochromatic color with lots of texture,” says Nicole, who collaborated with Brad on two previous projects. “The color palette is minimal, with charcoal, bone, amber, stone, linen and leather.”
“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated
Nicole helped oversee space planning and selection of interior finishes, lighting, furnishings and fine art for the entire 7,000-square-foot home. It is now decked top-to-bottom in pieces sourced from Cantoni, beginning with the custom-ordered console at entry and a pair of Glacier Suspension fixtures over the stairwell. “Every angle in the house is the result of a critical thought process,” Nicole says. “We wanted to make sure each room would be purposeful.”
To that end, “we reintroduced the ‘parlor,’ and also redefined the formal dining area as a bar and drink lounge with enough space for 10 guests to comfortably dine,” Nicole says. Brad’s parlor holds the Swing sectional customized in a silky, soft-hand charcoal leather crafted by prominent Italian leather furnishings company Gamma. Nicole paired it with the Kate swivel chair customized in a light grey leather, the sleek DK writing desk, and the Black & More bar cabinet by Malerba. “Nicole has a special design talent and adapts quickly to what we expect and like,” Brad says.
To create the restaurant-worthy dining space, Nicole brought in a black-satin glass and marble-topped dining table and mohair-velvet chairs, all by Italian maker Gallotti & Radice. Guests can take a post-dinner respite on the adjoining room’s Aston sectional by Gamma.
In the formal living room, Nicole paired Cantoni’s Fashion Affair club chairs with the Black & More cocktail table, and sofas sourced from Désirée, an Italian furniture upholstery company that creates cutting-edge yet comfortable pieces. The color-coordinating kitchen and breakfast area, meanwhile, hold a set of Guapa counter stools in ash grey leather, and the Ray dining table with light-grey leather Cattelan Italia chairs. The expansive loggia also is ideal for entertaining and lounging with the Versa grand sectional, the Ido cocktail table in grey aged walnut and Dolly chairs customized in black nubuck leather. Nicole made most of the design decisions, but, “she took my suggestions seriously and then put me in my place,” Brad says.
She had the master bedroom’s Marlon bed by Gamma customized in a remarkably soft black leather with a matching stitch and paired it with onyx gloss Black & More nightstands. “The furnishings absolutely complement the style,” Brad says. “They are high-quality and have a modern flair, but at the end of the day, are still comfortable and user-friendly.”
The end result is a home Brad not only enjoys, but one that Nicole also finds exceptional. “I honestly love every part of this house,” Nicole says. “Working with Brad is always an adventure but a privilege that I take very seriously, from the beginning of the design process to installation.”

“It’s hard to believe these two sets of photos are actually the same space! The 1950s “modern” kitchen was tiny and dark, and the adjoining family room went largely unused by the family. Yet the owners love to cook and entertain, so this kitchen needed to go! Designer Fabrice Garson removed the wall between the two spaces and created one multi-purpose space: an open kitchen with abundant storage and prep space at the large range and island; a banquette for casual family meals or homework; and a separate table for dinner parties. Because they’d be losing their formal dining room, Fabrice recommended adding the coffered ceiling to lend an air of elegance to the new space. This once-gloomy cave morphed into an airy, luminous room. Pops of dark blue on the island, the banquette upholstery, and the banquette wallpaper add a fun element to temper the traditional tone of the inset cabinetry. And the mixture of stainless appliances with the brushed gold faucet, gold accents on the pendant fixtures, and the bronze crystal chandelier create an eclectic but elegant look.” (This blurb was part of Bilotta’s Blog Post written by Paulette Gambacorta)
The finished space features Signature Custom Cabinetry in a mix of white paint on the perimeter and a custom navy paint on the island. All hardware is a mixed of brushed nickel knobs and cup pulls. The countertops are Ceasarstone’s Bianco Drift and the backsplash is a classic and clean white ceramic subway tile. Appliances are all by Thermador with the exception of the Best hood insert which is hidden by the custom white painted hood. The sink is an apron front by Kohler in cast iron with a white enamel finish and is accented by a brushed copper faucet and water filter. The decorative lighting adding to the elegance of the space is by EuroStyle. The custom-built banquette and coffered ceiling were both designed by Fabrice and brought to life by his long time contractor Breton Contracting.

These engaging homeowners are fortuitous enough to reside in a three level townhouse on a quiet street in
downtown Minneapolis. This couple loves to entertain and host family holidays. Spaces are tight in most
urban areas. This townhome is no exception. There was nothing horribly wrong with the way the home
was laid out, it just did not serve the needs of the family. The kitchen was tucked up front and forced into
a small space, making it difficult for multiple people to be in the space at the same time. The homeowners
also wished to upgrade to professional appliances. Due to size and mechanical code restrictions, this was just
not possible in the existing space. The back of the townhome had a large living room and good sized dining
room. Off this space is a shaded deck and swimming pool, which are used all the time. Traffic always ran from
the outdoor entertaining space directly to the kitchen in the front. Not only was this inconvenient, a mess was
dragged in from wet swimmers.
To alleviate these challenges, we moved the kitchen from the smaller space at the front of the home to the
larger space the under utilized living room furniture occupied. This allowed us to curate a large kitchen that
fits all their needs, wants, and aesthetic desires. Now there is plenty of room to cook, relax, and bustle about.
We also added a wet bar next to the patio door in the dining room. Right by the door is a beverage cooler from
which guests may grab beverages and snacks without dragging the outside in with them.
Being the homeowners and designer are all members of the creative community in the Twin Cities, it was important
to incorporate the work of local artists. This kitchen is fully curated with all Minnesota products (with the exception
of the appliances, which are manufactured in Wisconsin). The cabinets and countertops are from larger local
companies, while all the other features are hand made by near by artists. These artisan products include a custom
stainless steel range hood, black powder coated table base and fireplace mantel, hand made tile for the backsplash
and fireplace surround, wood elevated island table, and wood panel backsplash at the bar. Hand made tiles had
previously been installed in the existing kitchen. The color of these tiles is no longer available. It was the home-
owners desire to preserve these tiles somehow. We cut the tile off the walls and soaked the drywall from them.
We then installed them in the powder room as a feature behind the vanity and mirror.

For this East Nashville renovation, the client wanted to maximize her space and create a home that would meet her long-term needs, as the original layout was too small. We built a luxurious master suite addition that seamlessly matches the existing hardwood flooring. The suite includes a thoughtfully designed laundry area across from an expansive walk-in closet adorned with a chandelier.
The master bathroom combines timeless charm with functionality, featuring vintage fixtures on the vanity, a freestanding clawfoot tub, and a walk-in shower with unique tile work, including a custom shower niche and a distinctive "toe niche" designed for added convenience while shaving. The renovation also showcases custom cabinetry design, modern storage solutions, and luxurious bathroom elements, blending clean lines with classic style.
As East Nashville renovation experts, we specialize in custom construction, luxury homes, eco-friendly designs, and custom millwork. From high-end bathroom renovations to bespoke design-build projects, we deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions to elevate any home.
