Inspiration for an eclectic home office remodel in Seattle

Originally built in 1929 and designed by famed architect Albert Farr who was responsible for the Wolf House that was built for Jack London in Glen Ellen, this building has always had tremendous historical significance. In keeping with tradition, the new design incorporates intricate plaster crown moulding details throughout with a splash of contemporary finishes lining the corridors. From venetian plaster finishes to German engineered wood flooring this house exhibits a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary styles. Many of the rooms contain reclaimed wood paneling, discretely faux-finished Trufig outlets and a completely integrated Savant Home Automation system. Equipped with radiant flooring and forced air-conditioning on the upper floors as well as a full fitness, sauna and spa recreation center at the basement level, this home truly contains all the amenities of modern-day living. The primary suite area is outfitted with floor to ceiling Calacatta stone with an uninterrupted view of the Golden Gate bridge from the bathtub. This building is a truly iconic and revitalized space.

A large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in New York City’s High Line area exhibits artisanal, custom furnishings throughout, creating a Mid-Century Modern look to the space. Also inspired by nature, we incorporated warm sunset hues of orange, burgundy, and red throughout the living area and tranquil blue, navy, and gray in the bedrooms. Stunning woodwork, unique artwork, and exquisite lighting can be found throughout this home, making every detail in this home add a special and customized look.

A formal living room now exhibits a feminine and glamorous feel presented through rich pink hues, floral prints, and nature-inspired decor. To balance out the vivid colors, we integrated softer gray tones along with the feature wall. The fireplace showcases a wooden brick-style accent wall, while the surrounding built-in shelves show off a natural wooden design. Home located in Mississauga, Ontario. Melodie Hayes Photography We completely updated this two-bedroom condo in Midtown Atlanta from outdated to current. We replaced the flooring, cabinetry, countertops, window treatments, and accessories all to exhibit a fresh, modern design while also adding in an innovative showpiece of grey metallic tile in the living room and master bath. This home showcases mostly cool greys but is given warmth through the add touches of burnt orange, navy, brass, and brown. Home located in Midtown Atlanta. February 9th, 2021 marked day one of the first ever virtual Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), which showcases hundreds of new products coming to the design industry in 2021 from brand names ranging from GE to Kohler. While LIVDEN didn’t exhibit at KBIS this year, our sustainable tile was featured at the Café Appliances’ showcase kitchen, Endless Optimist, designed by exhibit designer TK Wismer. The GE brand Café Appliances manufactures custom appliances ranging from brightly colored refrigerators to sleek coffee makers for modern homes. Their trade mark is “Distinct by Design,” and after touring their test kitchens at KBIS, you will see why. Tk featured the playful PUZZLE PIECE series in MINT on our recycled 12x12 Polar Ice Terrazzo as the kitchen backsplash.

The uniting strength of gardens has hardly ever been as important as today. They bring people together, regardless of their origin, status or beliefs. Social Gardens begin where gardening, plants or relaxing outdoors become social interaction. They promote the community, health and regeneration and create an awareness for the natural environment. With its key theme Social Gardens, spoga+gafa 2023 is focusing on gardens, balconies and terraces as connecting, diverse and sustainable places of encounter. HIGOLD's team decorated the exhibition as a garden. The HIGOLD team decorated the exhibition as a garden, bringing together a lot of elite people interested in outdoor furniture, and we talked about the idea of outdoor furniture. This applies more than ever today after two years of pandemic and in the face of the current global political situation. As a place of joint retreat gardens and green spaces in general are gaining more and more significance. They offer a place of refuge for recovering from the fast-paced everyday routine and bring people together. Outdoor furniture is essential in garden style,they allow us to stay in the garden and enjoy free talking time.Every outdoor furniture has thereby a social and interactive quality in addition to its functional and creative characteristics.Indeed, the social interaction is what actually lends a garden its own special magic: The garden hosepipe or the sprinkler the children play with in the sun; the outdoor lounge suite the family relaxes on together; the raised flowerbed the neighbours all jointly use to plant vegetables or the grill used for having a BBQ with friends.
