The existing 1970’s kitchen contained once DIY painted cabinets with drop ceilings, poor lighting, inaccessible storage, failing appliances and an outdated floor plan. The client desired a new and improved kitchen designed for a cook which was not only functional but would beautifully integrate into the design style of the home. State of the art appliances, customized storage for all things cooking and entertaining, subtle latte colored cabinets with a contrasting island, and much improved lighting and ventilation came together to create the clients dream kitchen. Designing an Island layout was the key in the transformation from an outdated room to an outstanding reimagined kitchen.

Color match to existing color and sheen. This project required me to take all solid wood surfaces down to bare wood. All surfaces, especially doors, showed previous refinish had failed.

We were able to remove the previous failing cool decking coating and resurface over the existing concrete using our hand carved flagstone design. Project completed in Knoxville Tennessee in 2019.

This homeowner contacted us to provide an estimate to replace the these failing steps at the front and rear entrances of his home. The issue was not in the product but in the installation. Removed both set of steps and their inferior base. Then installed new base and reused the existing pavers. They turned out great at a fraction of the cost. Landforms Inc.
