We were able grind off the existing failing overlay. We then were able to resurface over the existing ordinary concrete with our hand carved flagstone design. Project completed in Loudon Tennessee in 2017.

Replaced failing #CertainTeed shingles. Removed all roofing materials all the way down to the wood decking. Replaced all the hardware, including box vents, j-vents, drip edges, pipe flashings, etc. Installed synthetic waterproof underlayment and #Malarkey Vista shingles with the Algae resistant coating, rubberized asphalt, and their 50-year warranty.

An absolutely gorgeous whole house remodel in Wheaton, IL. The failing original stucco exterior was removed and replaced with a variety of low-maintenance options. From the siding to the roof, no details were overlooked on this head turner.

The interior floors had been previously stained but were showing wear. we removed the sealer, stained the floors, and applied two coats of finish to the interior floors. The garage floor was previously painted but had failed badly. We ground it all off and refinished it with an epoxy system with mini flakes.

During the remodel it was discovered the front porch was failing structurally and needed to be rebuilt. By lifting the roof structure, we removed the flooring and the framing below. Once we built back the floor to modern standards we lowered the roof back down and fastened it to together.
