Installed TPO fully adhered roofing system over barrel style roof and over two other roof sections. This project includes complete redesigning of: - How the barrel roof edges are protected. Complete elimination of failing to seal and unpleasantly looking pieced eyebrow flashing; - How valley exits are redesigned. Simplified those exits, with elimination of steps prone to fail; - How eyebrow fascias are designed with a smooth round curves eliminating traditional choppy setting; - How all those together provide extreme protection while providing pleasant appearance. Besides the above this project has also included: - Replacement of cedar siding and window located between two roof levels; - Replacement of skylight and gutters; - Installation of InvisiGuard IG gutter guards.

The stone wall maintains the feel of the architecture, extending its footprint out into the surrounding plains. An open space path, just outside the wall, fails to penetrate the inner sanctum. Take a very close look at how detailed this wood is. All surface scraped, sanded, primed then painted. This was a huge effort and we were very proud of the results (even though the client failed to pay me in full - not kidding)

This house had original laminate counters and wood doors that had a failing finish. They needed better storage design and wanted a bright overall look. The client is an artist and she wanted a colorful island so we chose a beautiful green to bring in the outdoors.

Failed coatings removed using Dumond® Smart Strip™ Log and Timber finish remover. Entire log-shell mechanically sanded with Mirka® Bulldog Gold™ abrasive disks and Sashco® Capture and cascade® coatings applied

Aged deck had several rotted deck boards, one section of railing system had failed, and in need of resurfacing. Used new restore product on the surface, replaced a railing section, and added post caps and a custom milled hand rail to entire deck.

Just a couple Tesla backup batteries to keep the party going long after the power fails.

We renovated the existing patio and pool deck, replacing failed concrete slabs and increasing some areas. Added the gravel patio and landscaping. Updated the pool equipment. Replaced railings. Graded and sodded the yard. Renovated patio the was cracking and replaced cracking pool deck that had dangerous loose stones.
