This adorable little bathroom is in a 1930’s bungalow in Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood. The client hired us to help revamp their small, family bathroom. Halfway through the project we uncovered the brick wall and decided to leave the brick exposed. The texture of the brick plays well against the glossy white plumbing fixtures and the playful floor pattern. The Great Room features an energetic mix of colors and patterns. These combine with modern forms and ethnographic elements to create a crescendo to the day. Grouped with iconic Milo Baughman chairs, a sensuous white vintage Vladimir Kagan sofa pops against rich hues of copper and blue. RESULTS We created a “new traditional” - integrating old family heirlooms and discovering the beauty among the relics. She is now proud to show the history that tells the story of one family.
