Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in Cincinnati

Two quartz-topped islands anchor this open Northbrook kitchen, a professional range and built-in pet feeding station along one wall keeping every function within reach without crowding the layout.

One of the highlights of this space is the custom dog dishes inset into a small slab of Super White quartzite. Cabinet above has a tilt-out tray for dog treats and other pet items. This custom built-in dog feeding station keeps pet essentials organized while blending seamlessly into the kitchen design. Integrated bowls sit within a durable quartz surface, creating an easy-to-clean feeding area. A wall-mounted pot filler provides convenient access to fresh water without carrying bowls across the kitchen. The quartz surround with soft veining matches the kitchen countertops, allowing the dedicated pet space to feel intentional and integrated rather than separate from the overall design.

Inspiration for a timeless brick floor mudroom remodel in Phoenix with a dark wood front door

At the end of the island, two drawers were floated above a pet feeding station. The shallow depth drawers offer the perfect storage solution for leashes, waste bags, and overflow pet storage. On the working side of the island is a microwave drawer, the pullout double trash cans, a prep sink, and a hard working four drawer base.
