Inspiration for a large traditional partial sun backyard stone water fountain landscape in Other.

Here is a view of the wetland filtration system. It has an upper area filled with aquatic plants that are actually the filtration system. Then it splits into two streams that come together before entering the pond.
(If you are wondering why someone would have a fake alligator in their pond? They deter large birds from eating their gold fish and koi. We have installed them on several ponds and they work great! The fake heron you see to the left are also great deterrents.

I can see some vines hugging this wall to soften the hardscape!
