Living Room and Family Room are one large room with a vaulted ceiling separated by a brick fireplace pillar. The fireplace pillar was reconfigured to allow for a wide-screen TV on the family room side. All new trims, baseboards and doors in the redone living room. All new, modern lighting was installed. TV is mounted to gray stone slab on the wall, over top of stainless steel fireplace. Game room view of the Caldera split face stone wall, the owners found this rock while hiking and asked that it be incorporated into the design. A slim steel shelf cantilevers out from the wall above the Vox billiard table. The exterior patio with seating flanks a new bocce ball court.

2 custom fireplace pans and burners were created for this new spec home. The pans are 2.5″ deep to cover and protect the electronic ignitions. 2 burners with Jets were installed and covered with fire glass and fire balls which allowed for a tall and spacious flame. These linear masonry fireplaces were originally meant to burn wood but we were given a chance to have some fun with them and they turned out spectacular! Rancho Santa Fe, CA
