The color changing lights illuminate the pool blue, the pocketing glass doors in teak create a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors. The expansive lanai floor is gray porcelain tile and the outdoor teak furniture is covered in brightly colored fabrics in orange and blues. The orange and brown glazed pots are clustered around one of the ebony columns to create a tropical container garden. An antique daybed was converted into a swinging bed and hangs outside the master bedroom suite. The exterior walls are white board and batten, the eaves and chunky rafters are an ebony stain. the roofing material is rough sawn shake.

Kevin Borrows architect did the design and was in charge of this project. DTV INSTALLATIONS LLC designed the media system along with the lightning control and automated shades. Supplied and installed all of the av and automation products.

Custom Surface Solutions (www.css-tile.com) - Owner Craig Thompson (512) 430-1215. This project shows new 12 x 24 tile installed vertically with offset layout pattern on wall and floor. Includes shower box with linear glass accent tile back and vertical glass accent band. Tile edges are finished with Schluter Jolly satin aluminum profile edge trim.

Il bagno di questo attico ristrutturato è una vera oasi di relax e raffinatezza. Ogni elemento è stato scelto con cura per creare un ambiente confortevole e di grande impatto estetico. I rivestimenti precedenti sono stati completamente sostituiti per dare spazio a un nuovo design. Il pavimento è stato rivestito con piastrelle effetto pietra di grande formato, che aggiungono un tocco di eleganza e creano una sensazione di continuità con il resto dell'ambiente. Queste piastrelle conferiscono profondità e texture al pavimento, rendendolo un elemento visivamente accattivante. Le pareti del bagno presentano un'interessante combinazione di piastrelle. La parte inferiore delle pareti è rivestita con le stesse piastrelle effetto pietra utilizzate per il pavimento, creando un senso di coesione e armonia. Per la zona superiore, è stato scelto un pattern di piastrelle più piccole, disposte a lisca di pesce e di colore bianco. Questo design crea movimento e aggiunge un tocco di freschezza e stile al bagno. Un elemento particolare è il mobile in legno posizionato alla base del lavabo. Questo mobile non solo aggiunge calore e naturalezza all'ambiente, ma svolge anche una funzione pratica, offrendo spazio di archiviazione per gli accessori e gli articoli da bagno. Il contrasto tra il legno e le piastrelle crea un effetto visivo interessante e bilanciato.

The elegant sheer descent waterfall, a focal point for this yard, is centred on the elevated wall which is clad with matching Indus Grey sandblasted flagstone. The sound of falling water provides a calming effect, while helping to muffle ambient neighbourhood noise.
