These homeowners really wanted a full garage space where they could house their cars. Their one car garage was overflowing as a storage space and they felt this space could be better used by their growing children as a game room. We converted the garage space into a game room that opens both to the patio and to the driveway. We built a brand new garage with plenty of room for their 2 cars and storage for all their sporting gear! The homeowners chose to install a large timber bar on the wall outside that is perfect for entertaining! This comfortable game room has 3 TVs in the sitting area and 1 at the bar so you can watch all the games simultaneously! A customized shuffleboard table provides fun and the chair reclines with an adjacent outdoor living area.

The homeowner wanted a space created for her love of sewing along with a tidy place to wrap presents and enjoy game time with her grandchildren. Creating an elevated wrapping station with a wood slatwall created a convenient place to store paper, ribbons and other crafting supplies. The large lateral file type drawers are used to store wrapping rolls and the adjoining large cabinets provide plenty of storage for games and crafts alike. The cabinets are completed in White melamine with a high pressure laminate durable work surface. Stainless steel bar pulls were used on the cabinet doors and Flat fascia molding trimmed all the cabinets to give the space a clean contemporary look. This 1300 square foot home built in the 60's got a new lease on life after this full remodel took it from dark and dated to bright, fresh and functional. Hallways were widened and used as storage corridors and looked at as a continuation of the space, in order to give each room a more spacious feel. The homeowners love of blue was used tastefully, to inspire the concept of the kitchen. Standard euro-style cabinetry was given a custom inset look with the application of recessed crown and light rail. 3 different styles of cabinet pulls were mixed beautifully, to style up the cabinets even more. This remodel was packed with functional details, the dining table even doubles as a game table for boys night!

Not a game player...you might change your mind in this room. Tucked in the curve of the stairs, the built -in bench and suspended lighting help make this the ideal room for gathering.

An eclectic, modern media room with bold accents of black metals, natural woods, and terra cotta tile floors. We wanted to design a fresh and modern hangout spot for these clients, whether they’re hosting friends or watching the game, this entertainment room had to fit every occasion. We designed a full home bar, which looks dashing right next to the wooden accent wall and foosball table. The sitting area is full of luxe seating, with a large gray sofa and warm brown leather arm chairs. Additional seating was snuck in via black metal chairs that fit seamlessly into the built-in desk and sideboard table (behind the sofa).... In total, there is plenty of seats for a large party, which is exactly what our client needed. Lastly, we updated the french doors with a chic, modern black trim, a small detail that offered an instant pick-me-up. The black trim also looks effortless against the black accents.
