Burrow & NestA view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and cutting garden are on full display in this all purpose room for the family. When the client's decided to turn the living room into a game room, this space needed to step up.
A small breakfast table was added to the corner next to the kitchen-- a great place to eat or do homework-- mixing the farmhouse and mid-century elements the client's love.
A large sectional provides a comfortable space for the whole family to watch TV or hang out. Crypton fabric was used on this custom Kravet sectional to provide a no-worry environment, as well as indoor/outdoor rugs.
The client's inherited collection of coastal trinkets adorns the console. Large basket weave pendants were added to the ceiling, and sconces added to the walls for an additional layer of light. The mural was maintained-- a nod to the bevy of birds dining on seeds in the feeders beyond the window. A fresh coat of white paint brightens up the woodwork and carries the same trim color throughout the house.
Boca Tech and AutomationState-of-the-art home theater environment featuring a sound isolated room, a 227” 2.40:1 aspect ratio screen illuminated by a dual laser projection system, and an 11.2.4 immersive audio system delivering an outstanding movie AND music experience. The control system simplifies extremely unique customer requirements such as a dual screen mode to enable watching two A/V sources simultaneously – one heard through the audio system, and the second through headphones. Granular lighting control provides zones to support movie playback, game-room style usage, and an intimate reading and music environment.
The room was built from the ground up as “floating” room featuring a custom engineered isolation system, floating concrete floor, and unique speaker placement system. Designed by industry renowned acoustician Russ Berger, the room’s noise floor measured quieter than a typical recording studio and produces a pinpoint accurate reference audio experience. Powered by a 20kW RoseWater HUB20, electrical noise and potential power interruptions are completely eliminated. The audio system is driven by 11.1kW of amplification powering a reference speaker system. Every detail from structural to mechanical, A/V, lighting, and control was carefully planned and executed by a team of experts whose passion, dedication, and commitment to quality are evident to anyone who experiences it.

Shortly after moving into this home, our client wanted to add space and create a custom game room, pool, and courtyard space. They plan to entertain significantly, and wanted a high-performance space that they could be proud of. We integrated quality electronics into a professionally designed space, with culminated in a comfortable environment with plenty of entertainment options. The 9 video screens combine to provide a 138" TV with flawless picture, and incredible surround sound performance. This entertainment can be taken outside with the cleverly hidden rock speakers throughout the property, and outdoor WiFi to allow everything to be controlled with iPads and iPhones from anywhere in or out of the home. Integration of the lighting control, climate control, and audio video into a central app, provides simple control and convenience.
La Scala Integrated MediaThis "rec room" is party central at this palatial manner, right down to the gallon sized bottle of Grey Goose and martini glasses. Of course, one has to have full control over one's surroundings, so La Scala has the sound, video, lighting, fire, and more under it's control. Even the fridges are monitored for just the right temperature, along with the room environment, using either the touch screen on the bar or by iphone/ipad. Just like in the restaurant fridges we monitor, if the temperature goes too low, the owner is notified (if he wants to be). Party on!
