Floor Installation 1.Mark out the baseline of gound level, 2.Mix the mortar with ratio of 1 cement to 4 sand to have semi-day mortar, 3.Lay the mixed mortar in level with a layer of 3-4cm thickness,place the tile over the mortar and adjust the height properly to be leveled, 4.Remove the tile after level adjustment.Put a thin layer of cement powder on the mortar and add water on it to become wet, 5.Put the tile on top and gently knock with rubber hammer until it sealed with the mortar properly. This elegant white and silver powder bath is a wonderful surprise for guests. The white on white design wallpaper provides an elegant backdrop to the pale gray vanity and light blue ceiling. The gentle curve of the powder vanity showcases the marble countertop. Polished nickel and crystal wall sconces and a beveled mirror finish the space.

This dining room feels open, yet well defined. The large table features three uneven curved sides, making the “Seven” table by B&B Italia a welcome surprise to the dining area. We upholstered the chairs, including the legs, to add warmth to this contemporary home. The organic Moooi LED chandelier floats gently above, with beautifully textured wallcovering in cool and warm gray tones stretching from the entrance to the dining room. The pop of rich color from an original art piece is a stunning – and cheerful- addition!
