Submerged cliffs and rock structures bring drama and a geological origin to the appearance of the natural pond habitat. They are used to create breaks and cover for predatory fish, and natural aesthetics in the case of swimming ponds and natural swimming pools. We enjoy creating nooks in these habitat features. It gives us that wizard quality when we know where that trophy fish lives.

New York White marble carries a distinctive geological character — deep purple and charcoal veining that fractures across a bright crystalline ground with an intensity rarely found in natural stone. Cut into an inverted pyramid silhouette with a precise 16-inch square deck, this freestanding pedestal sink translates that raw geological drama into a rigorous geometric form, where the polished high-gloss finish amplifies color depth across every planar surface. At 36 inches in total height, the monolithic scale of this natural stone pedestal sink commands visual weight in a minimalist interior without relying on ornamentation. Configured without faucet holes, it features a 4" back pipe hole and is engineered strictly for wall-mount or floor-mount plumbing.

Toros Black marble is defined by its dense, near-obsidian ground and the sharp tectonic contrast of white veining that forms across millions of years of geological compression, qualities that a high-gloss polished finish renders with precise optical clarity on this natural stone wall-mount sink. The rectangular basin is hand-carved with a continuous fluted apron across the front and side faces, while one corner retains a partially filled chiseled rock edge — a deliberate juxtaposition of geometric discipline and raw geological surface that gives the piece its architectural tension. Suspended from the wall via an integrated rear bracket clearance, the floating profile and compact 19"×12"×7" volume allow the visual weight of the stone itself to command a minimalist bathroom plane without structural excess. Configured with one offset right-side faucet hole.

It’s a great stone. Geologically it does have some calcium carbonate & thus is a marble. A very hard marble. Even so, we have never noticed it etch, but since there’s some calcium carbonate we call it what it is – marble. Some marbles are much harder than others, and the same goes for quartzite. Geologically speaking, it contains the mineral calcium carbonate, which is a defining feature of marble. However, it’s an extremely hard marble with a very low risk of etching or staining. In other words, it behaves like a quartzite. You can only really be sure you are getting a hard or soft marble by going to a reputable stone supplier. We are the ones importing the stone directly and are knowledgeable about where the stone is coming from and what minerals it contains. We like all of our stones and we want you to be happy with the long term final outcome of your project!

I was asked to design a unique desk with reference to the traditional red lacquer Asian furniture. I chose to create a color layered effect using milk paint in a lacquer like manner. My style once again reflects my random columns layered in a stylized way suggesting the columnar basalt geologic rock formations.
