Inspiration for a craftsman home design remodel in Los Angeles

The overall floorplan of the kitchen remained the same through this remodel with an L-shape and island, however, some major changes completely elevated the look of this space.
Soffits were removed so the cabinets could reach all the way to the ceiling, the island was lengthened to provide more prep and eating space, and the pantry closet was removed in favor of built-in pantry cabinets to surround the refrigerator.
This is of course all in addition to the cabinets, counters, flooring, and backsplash being replaced and upgraded. Swipe through to take a look at some before and after shots, as well as some close-ups on our detailed craftsmanship!

This stunning Sear's home was transformed from a single bathroom to a double bathroom home. Adding value, function, and privacy to the home owners and guests alike. Each bathroom features a zero-entry shower and large single vanity. The light and neutral color palette creates a bright and cozy atmosphere. The addition of radiant heat floors and towel warmers will keep you warm all year round.

A stunning 1920's Sears home is transformed from a single bathroom to a comfortable double. The bathrooms mirror each other with plank wood look tile floors that run into the zero-entry shower, and large double vanities with warm medium wood flat panel doors that are topped with gorgeous calacatta quartz countertops. Radiant heat floors and towel warmers will keep you warm all year round.

These homeowners needed two bathrooms updated in their home. We started with the Guest Bath which also serves as the Powder Bath for visitors. We wanted to get this bath completed so when we moved on to the Master Bath, the homeowners could have a functioning bath. The space is small so it was important to keep our finishes light. We selected a “wood look” plank tile for the floor to lead you into the space. We surrounded the drop-in tub with a beveled white subway tile. The bevel really gives the tile dimension. We painted the walls Sherwin Williams’ Tony Taupe (SW7038). The strong color looks great against all the white tile.
The original vanity was larger and butted into the wall. We went with a smaller vanity and floated it to make the space feel larger. We found this ready-made cabinet with lots of great detail and storage at a local Building Supply store. We topped it with Cambria’s Bellingham quartz which made the vanity a focal point in the Bath.
Finishing touches are just as important in a Bathroom as any other room in your home. We filled the long wall opposite the vanity with gorgeous floral artwork. The beaded frame on the oval mirror adds a nice touch. This is a beautiful bathroom that feels much larger than it really is. Enjoy!

This Thornhill Kitchen and Main Floor renovation focused on creating a more functional, welcoming home without changing the existing footprint.
The Clients wanted a space that better supported their everyday lifestyle. The original Kitchen was beginning to show its age, with limited storage, worn cabinetry, and a Peninsula layout that no longer provided the flow and functionality they needed.
The redesigned Kitchen removed the existing Peninsula to create a more open connection between the Kitchen and Breakfast area. A custom Island became the centre of the space, providing improved workflow, additional countertop space, seating, and thoughtfully designed storage solutions.
Custom cabinetry in Pebble Grey and Premium White was paired with warm Texas Oak slat panels to add texture and character. Deep Concrete and Winter Whisper quartz countertops, along with a matching backsplash, created a durable and timeless finish.
Beyond the Kitchen, the Main Floor received a complete refresh. New flooring helped unify the space, while the Staircase became a beautiful focal point with a fresh stain, updated railing, square balusters, and Pewter metal pickets. A frameless glass mirror sliding door transformed the Entry Closet, adding both style and function.
Every detail was carefully considered to create a home that feels comfortable, organized, and tailored to the Clients’ lifestyle.
