My experience with Charco Design and Build has been worry free. They were honest, organized, timely and excellent communicators. Armando and his entire team understood and executed our project, as we intended. When there were unexpected findings, they would make every attempt to find a reasonable solution. The workmanship of all the craftsman was superb. Kip is a terrific project manager, and Ana has incredible taste and knowledge of design. All involved collaborated to make this challenging project come to fruition.

My husband and I interviewed many different contractors and we decided to hire Charco DB for our home renovation, and we are so happy that we did. From the beginning Armando worked within our budget to provide us with a design that reflected our vision. Armando and the entire team at Charco went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during every step of the renovation. Juan, our project manager, Ana our designer, and all of the subcontractors that came into our home were wonderful. They were all professional, friendly and did outstanding work. People who visit our home now come in the front door and say “Wow”, which is exactly the end result we were hoping for. We highly recommend Charco Design and Build.

This was our second time to use Charco. It was a big project and they worked wonders. We couldn't be more pleased. The subs they use are top notch. Very polite, clean and do excellent work. Everyone in their office from the very top down to the last person, was extremely helpful, understanding and got the job done.

Charco did a terrific job with our remodel which included two new decks, a new backyard kitchen, concrete work, and renovation of our back wall with new sliding doors, lighting and window replacements. The job was done on time, and with considerable professionalism. Their team was considerate and worked well with our scheduling conflicts. We would highly recommend them.

We can't say enough good about our experience with everyone at Charco. The communication they provide between the homeowner, design team and the contractor is very on point. There was never a point during the remodeling process where our team had to guess when something was being completed. Additionally, if there was ever a delay in the process because of an unforeseeable issue, our team would be immediately notified and we would adjust our schedule accordingly. We highly recommend doing business with Charco for anyone (homeowner or contractor). Top notch business practices and a great supporting staff and team. We look forward to working with them on future remodeling projects and new home constructions.

The team at Charco did an excellent job on our remodel project and would highly recommend them to anyone. They run an extremely professional operation and clearly have years of experience that ensures they help you make the right decisions as you complete your project. The original cost estimates they provided were accurate and I felt they truly cared about the overall quality of the project, with the owner, Armando, personally involved in the original design decisions. The advice he provided was excellent-- and rather than just trying to expand the scope and cost (as I found was the case with other companies), he provided different options that would achieve a great result in a more cost effective way. Their designer, Ana, quickly understood our style preferences and was able to make the process of choosing fixtures, hard surfaces, and even paint colors so much easier! And their project manager, Kip, was superb in managing all the project details on a day-to-day basis. He is truly a seasoned veteran with a high attention to detail. He takes personal pride in the outcome of the project and has an excellent customer-first approach to his work. Overall we could not be more pleased with the result of our remodel project and I'm convinced we made the right choice when we went with Charco.
