This guest bath has a light and airy feel with an organic element and pop of color. The custom vanity is in a midtown jade aqua-green PPG paint Holy Glen. It provides ample storage while giving contrast to the white and brass elements. A playful use of mixed metal finishes gives the bathroom an up-dated look. The 3 light sconce is gold and black with glass globes that tie the gold cross handle plumbing fixtures and matte black hardware and bathroom accessories together. The quartz countertop has gold veining that adds additional warmth to the space. The acacia wood framed mirror with a natural interior edge gives the bathroom an organic warm feel that carries into the curb-less shower through the use of warn toned river rock. White subway tile in an offset pattern is used on all three walls in the shower and carried over to the vanity backsplash. The shower has a tall niche with quartz shelves providing lots of space for storing shower necessities. The river rock from the shower floor is carried to the back of the niche to add visual interest to the white subway shower wall as well as a black Schluter edge detail. The shower has a frameless glass rolling shower door with matte black hardware to give the this smaller bathroom an open feel and allow the natural light in. There is a gold handheld shower fixture with a cross handle detail that looks amazing against the white subway tile wall. This Award-winning kitchen proves vintage doesn't have to look old and tired. This previously dark kitchen was updated with white, gold, and wood in the historic district of Monte Vista. The challenge is making a new kitchen look and feel like it belongs in a charming older home. The highlight and starting point is the original hex tile flooring in white and gold. It was in excellent condition and merely needed a good cleaning. The addition of white calacatta marble, white subway tile, walnut wood counters, brass and gold accents keep the charm intact. Cabinet panels mimic original door panels found in other areas of the home. Custom coffee storage is a modern bonus! Sub-Zero Refrig, Rohl sink, brass woven wire grill.

This guest bedroom was previously done in shades of red and tan with a floral upholstered headboard. The client wanted something more elegant, yet functional, for frequent guests. Since the tan carpet was not being replaced, a large blue and cream area rug was custom made to cover most of the room. The red coverlet was replaced with a dark navy blue one and blue and cream custom pillows were added. The headboard was reupholstered in cream fabric and cream silk drapes were hung over the existing woven wood shades. Striking gold, geometric lamps created layers of light and blue and gold trim was added around the lampshades. A round, gold mirror was hung over the bed. Our beautiful formal front powder room only needed a little bit of paint to bring it up to date. The vanity had a green and pink decorative motif with antique bronze hardware. Some silver leaf brings it back to life. We added wainscoting to the lower walls and added a shimmery trellis faux paint to the upper walls. The tray ceiling was painted a soft sky blue. For this exterior paint project, in Newton, MA, the homeowner chose the exterior paint scheme of charcoal with gold for the trims. A white roof ties the whole project together. In this photo you get an idea of the home’s natural rustic look. The unpainted fence, (a separate project), shows the sharp contrast between the old and the new.

The clients love to travel and what better way to reflect their personality then to instal a custom printed black and grey map of the world on all 4 walls of their powder bathroom. The black walls are made glamorous by installing an ornate gold frame mirror with two sconces on either side. The rustic barnboard countertop was custom made and placed under a black glass square vessel sink and tall gold modern faucet.
